My wife, Barbara and I have enjoyed decorating these three beautiful properties. This residential flat is located at the corner of Sixth Avenue North and Church Street -- two blocks from a grocery store -- one block to Pucketts -- two blocks to the state capital -- a short walk to 'Lower Broad' and Second Avenue. The two bedrooms are more than comfortable, each with its own bath. The living/dining room is nicely appointed with touches by Barbara Carman renown for decorating some of the best known properties in the area. This suite is newly refurbished -- everything new with a 55' hi def tv in the living room, 40' hi def tv's in each bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa.

What makes this condo unique

Class. When I first entered the lobby from Church Street, my first word was 'this is a class act'. The property has 24 hour concierge service and you can tell there is pride of ownership. Staying overnight in Nashville is a special experience and The Cumberland makes the stay even more delightful. Amenities are both practical and convenient. I especially like the fitness center but from a business perspective you cannot beat the business center and conference center. I especially enjoyed reading my newspaper early and how nice it was to have hot coffee waiting. the 'mancave with large screen tv impressed me as perfect for watching my favorite team.

Great location and space!

We had a great time at Bud and Barbara's place. It was very convenient to get to everything and the place itself was very well kept, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay, including homemade cookies, cooking utensils, and coffee for the mornings! There's a grocery store just down the block, restaurants nearby, and Broadway is a quick 5 minute walk, the gulch about 15 and it was easy for Uber or Lyft to get in and out of the property for anywhere else we needed to go. We were here for the 4th and were so glad we could walk to see everything instead of worrying about parking or getting a ride somewhere. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. There really isn't anything else that we needed or would change about our stay. Thanks for the great hospitality, Bud & Barbara!

Perfect for our Nashville stay

This condo was perfect for our group of four - 2 couples - for a long weekend in Nashville. Clean and looked just like the photos. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice, safe building. PERFECT location - walkable to Broadway bars, river, Ryman, restaurants, Johnny Cash museum and more. Very attentive hosts. We'd recommend it!

Best HomeAway stay ever!

We've stayed at a lot of great VRBO & HomeAway properties and this was the best one so far! We were here for a long weekend to experience the city. This property was perfect! Best location in town, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The building was recently renovated and is gorgeous. This unit had everything we needed but wasn't simply furnished like a rental property -- it felt like a home! Beautifully decorated with access to the workout room and cyber cafe, etc.

Bud was awesome as well. He responded quickly and was very helpful to us when we had some logistical issues. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!

Ideal place to stay

We absolutely loved staying here for the CMA Fest! The location was perfect, within walking distance to the restaurants and bars on Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame to name a few. It was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable including the best cookies ever that were waiting for us when we arrived! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Communication was excellent with the owner. Puckett's, my favorite, was a block away and my husband loved the cigar lounge which was diagnally across the street. It was so convenient for everything we did. Included parking was also a huge plus. This is definitely a top choice of places to stay in downtown Nashville.

The Place To Be!

Our time in Nashville was enhanced by staying here. We anticipated the great location--we were mixing business with pleasure. But we did not expect the lovely environment of this spot. Everything we needed, including detailed information, plenty of towels, and home backed cookies (!) , was provided. Even more spectacular was the decor; everything came together to create a true "home away from home" atmosphere. We have stayed at several apartments and houses, through various services. This one ranks right up at the very top of the list. Whether we wanted to be in the middle of the Music City action or quietly tucked away for an afternoon nap, we found "our" place. Overall, delightful!
