******************** Rental Policies and Procedures ********************

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Rentals of Pearl Penthouse 1704 may only be secured by a Guest Lessee that is at least 25 years of age and may at Lessor's discretion require additional background checks or conditions prior to property rental.

ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire Safety Codes and Property Owner directives. Pearl Penthouse 1704 provides comfortable and ideal accommodations for up to 6 persons (this includes small children and infants). Permitted Property Occupancy Standards are extended to include all invitees of Guest Lessee. Pearl Penthouse 1704 may not be reserved or used for gatherings of more than 6 persons.

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: Check-In is permitted after 4PM Central Standard Time (May 21 - August 12). During all other times of the year Check-In is generally available after 2PM Central Standard Time. Requests for early Check-In are subject to property availability and applicable fees. Check-Out must occur prior to 10AM on the scheduled morning of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Lessee may elect to purchase Travel Insurance Protection Coverage. Travel Insurance is not required but NVR encourages all Guests to carefully consider the prudence of purchasing Travel Insurance Protection Coverage from a reputable and licensed insurance provider. Lessee's cancellation of a confirmed Reservation remains responsible for the full faithful financial performance outlined in the Rental Lease Agreement. NVR permits "Excused" cancellations exclusively in instances of:

* Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority.

* Mandatory Property Evacuation Orders by any official with legal authority to protect the safety and welfare of all persons or the Premises.

* Any actions, or lack thereof, made by the property Owner such that interferes or impedes with Lessee's legal and quiet enjoyment of use.

* Damage or destruction of the property or premises such that renders rental occupancy as being unsafe or hazardous.

All excused cancellations are relieved from the financial performance outlined in the Rental Lease Agreement and are eligible for a refund of paid Committal Deposits or a prorated refund of monies paid for any unused portions of reserved rental use.

COMMITTAL DEPOSITS: Upon execution of the Rental Lease Agreement Lessee must remit a Committal Deposit payment in the amount of $350.00. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive cost of rental.

CREDIT CARDS: Accepted Credit or Debit cards may be used for making payment. Please Note: Fees associated with card processing charges will be added to Lessee's Outstanding Reservation Balance. Lessee's use of an accepted Credit or Debit card for satisfying payment of the Committal Deposit will be exempt from card processing charges. Guests may elect to satisfy Outstanding Reservation Balances with the use of Cashier's Checks, Money Orders or US Currency to avoid additional processing fees.

HOURS of OPERATION: Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC does NOT maintain a 24 Hour Check-In Facility. Arrivals occurring after Operational Business Hours are required to contact NVR prior to 5PM on the scheduled date of arrival in order to obtain property access information. Lessee's failure to notify NVR of late arrival may result in property lockout. Pricing adjustments will not be made.

After-hours Guest Arrivals are required to formally Register and Check-In at the Office of NVR prior to 11AM on the morning following arrival.

PAYMENT: Full payment of any remaining Outstanding Reservation Balance must be received by NVR prior to Lessee talking occupancy of the Premises. Final Payment must be made with Certified Funds (Cashier's Check, Money Orders or US Currency). Personal Checks cannot be accepted. Payment of the Outstanding Reservation Balance can be made at the time of Check-In.

PETS: Pet animals are expressly NOT permitted.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted. The Pearl community is a Smoke Free community and smoking is only permitted downstairs in the Grilling area.

Vacationing in Navarre

We recently stayed in rm 1704 at The Pearl in Navarre and had an absolutely amazing time. The entire process was so easy from booking our vacation to checking in our amazing condo w/ breathtaking views. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Everyone we encountered were so friendly at the beach, pool, and in passing. This is a family oriented location and we loved that...I look forward to booking my condo w/ them for next year. I would definitely recommend them!

Maximum Occupancy of Penthouse 1704 may never exceed 6 persons - this includes infants, small children and all invitees of Guest Lessee.

Guest Lessee assumes full liability for all persons occasioning the premises during their period of rental.

All Rental Guests must officially Register and Check-In at the Offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC prior to taking rental possession of a property. Guest Lessee must present legally issued photo ID and a major Credit Card at the time of Check-In.

Guest Lessee's Credit Card information will act in lieu of a collected refundable Damage Deposit and will remain on file throughout Lessee's rental use of the property and premises. Moreover it is mutually agreed and accepted that any charges incurred and made necessary due to but not exclusively limited to reasons of: property damage, property replacements, Lessee's failure to faithfully execute all terms of the Rental Lease Agreement or for payment of specially ordered services during Lessee's rental use of the premises will be applied to the Credit Card furnished by Lessee at the time of Check-In.

Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC encourages all Guests to purchase Travel Interruption Insurance from a licensed Insurance Broker.

Guest Cancellations with at least 60 days advanced notice prior to rental commencement is entitled to receive a Full Refund. Guest Cancellations with at least 30 days advanced notice prior to rental commencement is entitled to receive a 50% Refund. Any Guest Cancellation with less than 30 days advanced notice prior to rental commencement remains responsible for the full faithful financial performance of the Rental Lease Agreement.

Rental Rates, Property Availability and Acceptance of Online Bookings remains subject to review and confirmed acceptance by Navarre Vacation Rentals.

Guests are encouraged to communicate via the VRBO email portal to ask any questions prior to establishing reserved rental use of this property.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
