We are LA natives, and still love exploring new spots and things to do around Santa Monica and Venice. When we’re not at work in Manhattan Beach, we’re usually riding our bikes, running on the beach, going hiking, playing volleyball, or eating out at local restaurants with our friends. We rarely have to drive on the weekends (which is a big perk in LA!), and if it’s a nice day we’ll make sure to be outside and enjoy it. We recently got married in Mexico, traveled to Brazil, Turks & Caicos, Nicaragua, and Jamaica, France, Spain, and Italy. We’re easy going, fun-loving people, and hope you enjoy Venice beach as much as we do!

Why Michael chose Venice

The location is unmatched! While we love spending time in the Venice/SM area, there are also many benefits to the condo and building itself. We love cooking in our open kitchen, and the set up is perfect for entertaining and lounging in the living room. The pool in the building has also gone to great use - we are definitely regulars!

Very roomy and centrally located

Nice central location on Main Street - easy walking distance to many restaurants and to the beach.

Condo had almost everything you could imagine (although I could not find a coffee maker). CVS, inexpensive massage, and several restaurants and fast fast food right in the building. Much better value than a hotel.

Spacious apartment with excellent location

My 3 daughters and I booked this apartment after 1 night at the Fairmont Hotel. While the hotel room was cramped and it was impossible to move around, the apartment afforded us a great opportunity to spend time together without being on top on one another. Everything was clean, and it was so easy to walk right to Venice Beach and Boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

I would stay here again

The apartment was in a secure building, it was clean, modern and comfortable for our family of 5. Parking spot was great. The owner was available to answer any questions that we had. Amenities of staying in this apartment include daily walks and bike rides on Venice beach (which is down the block), it is around the corner from numerous restaurants, and a short drive to tourists areas. We would definitely stay here again!
