This 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house is ideally located on the Newport Peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and Newport Bay. Just a 2-minute walk to the end of the block empties out to the famous Newport boardwalk and the beautiful ocean beaches of the Balboa Peninsula. A 2-minute walk in the other direction takes you to the edge of Newport Bay where you can enjoy all varieties of water sports and boating activities.

The unit is also conveniently located right around the corner from the best grocery store on the peninsula (Pavilions) and other conveniences. Everything you need is within walking distance of this vacation home including many dining choices, from casual beach cafes to fine dining on the waterfront. The elevated front patio area, complete with a gas BBQ and patio furniture, provides great outdoor living for relaxing in the sun with ocean breezes, as well as enjoyable outdoor dining with beautiful sunsets.

The living room area is furnished with a leather couch, Lazy-Boy recliner, wide-screen plasma TV, DVD, cable, and free Wi-Fi. There is a full-kitchen with all the appliances, cookware and place settings you will need to cook your favorite family meals.

The master bedroom has a California king-sized mattress with plenty of closet space, a TV, and a private bathroom and shower. It also features a nice private balcony / patio off the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a trundle bed set with 2 twins, and the 3rd bedroom provides a full-sized bed. . Ceiling fans compliment each room.

We've provided 2 tri-fold twin mats with linens (best used by children) to accommodate up to 8 total guests.

Amenities include a new washer and dryer (non coin-operated), 4 beach chairs, and an outside shower at the base of the stairs to wash off the sand from the daily expeditions to the beach.

PARKING: 1 designated driveway space, will fit all vehicle sizes. General street parking can also be utilized throughout the neighborhood (metered and non-metered).

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.

Disclosure: a new home is in the process of being built next door. The City of Newport Beach allows construction crews to begin work at the following times:

Weekdays: 7 a.m.

Saturdays: 8 a.m.

Sundays: work is prohibited

Crews typically shut down at 3 p.m.

We enjoyed your vacation home very much – it was very clean, had everything we would wish for inside and can’t beat living so close to the beach. We were there for too short of a stay though, barely enough time to take advantage of all there is to do. That means we need to come back someday!

New Annual Destination

This was my first experience renting a property instead of staying in a hotel and I couldn't have chosen a better beach property! It is so conveniently located next to a grocery store, pizza place and taco shop, we had everything we needed within a 2 minute walk (not exaggerating), and the beach and boardwalk are one street away! So glad I found this gem, I plan on making this an annual vacation destination. Too perfect. My family and I had an amazing stay. Thank you!

Small, poorly equipped, very, very, noisy,

extremely dated, if not broken, items then about to break. Missing items.. Noisy construction next door starts early. Do not stay here. More Jersey Shore than Newport Beach. Unit needs complete remodel!

Love the home. Location is great! Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and beach

Only complaint was there was hair left on the wall of the shower on guest bathroom. Otherwise, place was very cozy. Beds super comfy, love the ceiling fans kept everything cool. Would definitely stay again
