About lisa and charley erck
For many years, we have been hosting family and friends, sharing with them our enjoyment of this beautiful island. We love to show and tell our favourite beaches, snorkel spots, hikes, restaurants, shops, and activities. Charley has combined his love of wood working with his passion for the ocean and surfing to create wood surfboards. Lisa, a massage therapist by trade, loves hula. We also play music together.

Exceptionally Pleasant Experience - serene property
The location was very private and secluded, but still very convenient. Lisa and Charlie were very welcoming. Breakfasts were lovely and yummy! Lisa gave us massages, which were awesome. She is experienced in may different modalities. Our private section of the house, including a sitting room, was very comfortable. Beds and bedding was great. Towels were soft and large. Totally delightful!
Property, beautiful and detailed hand crafted home full of art, love and history.
Rooms, really nice and wonderful bed and no need for alarm clock the rooster will make sure you don't miss a beautiful day.
So much to see and do around the North end of the island and Lisa was more then helpful in guiding us to the right spots to see and do.
Lisa baked us some delightful deliciousness in the mornings with great coffee.
Charley and Lisa are delightful to talk with about life on the island and family.
We only wish we could of spent more time there at there home we loved so much.
I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay, it was nice showing you around, visiting and getting to know you.
Comfortable and friendly, like a bnb
Lisa and Charley were amazing hosts. This local knowledge guided us to some great spots in northern Hawaii for food and adventures. The guest wing was comfortable, spacious, and immaculate. The morning muffins & scones were delicious. Our boys loved the orchard tour and meeting Stella, the yard cat. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again in a heart beat.
We only stayed 2 nights here and wish we had more time to explore the area. Lisa is a wealth of insider/islander information and tips which was so helpful! Lisa made sure when I booked that we knew that the rental is actually a wing of their home and not a separate unit. NO problem: We had our privacy, separate entrance, private bathroom, use of washer and dryer and we thoroughly enjoyed the morning's fresh coffee and scones and chatting with Lisa in the common area of their home. The grounds are gorgeous and lush as well. I highly recommend the Erck's home for a cozy, welcoming Honoka'a stay! Many thanks.
A wonderful experience!
My husband, 9-year-old son and I stayed here several nights to take in the sights nearby. Lisa and Charley were very kind, and Lisa had lots of helpful information, interesting stories, and gave us a tour of their beautiful property, including fresh lemons and oranges as well as a taste of coffee fruit. Her fresh baked muffins were scrumptious, and she even shared some amazing homemade chicken soup one evening when most of the restaurants were closed for New Year's (we did find food at Subway, but her soup was much better!). The house was tidy and nicely decorated; the beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, including laundry facilities. We would love to stay again someday.
I'm so glad you had a nice visit here, we enjoyed having you stay.
