About Vacasa, ID - Coeur d'Alene Region Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!

Great Family House--We are coming back !!!

 • 5 of 5

This house is wonderful and we were able to spread out which was great. If you have younger children the location is perfect. The park is really right across the street and has everything. Our teens loved the basketball courts. The home was clean and everything we needed was provided. The lake view is wonderful and we used the hot tub a lot. For the money we felt it was an exceptional buy and plan to come back this summer. Matt was very attentive to our needs and we appreciated his looking into everything we asked for.

101 Park Drive

 • 5 of 5

Great family getaway...Plenty of room and well stocked!

Amazing lake views, right next to the park and easy walking distance to downtown.

We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return. Bring bikes!

Beautiful location. Nice home.

 • 4 of 5

The property was beautiful but lacked some attention to detail. The beds weren't made very neatly, there were many light bulbs out, housekeeping wasn't very thorough. Toothpaste on the faucet handle, paper left under a chair etc.

Great house on Lake Coeur D'Alene, and near downtown

 • 5 of 5

Staff was very helpful, with a local representative in the area. House is very large, with multiple living areas and spaces, with large bedrooms as well. It will accommodate many people without any issue. The location is ideal for access to the college and downtown CDA. Summertime would be awesome, with across the street access to the lake and a large park.

Beautiful Home, Great Location, Bad Bedrooms, Terribly Maintained - DON'T RECOMMEND

 • 1 of 5

It is not a 5 bedroom house as advertised. It is a 4 bedroom house and an office off the kitchen with a very cheap, unusable sofabed in it. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs in the basement, next to the large plumbing/water heater basement room. You can hear every footstep upstairs, along with the extremely loud radiant heating system which runs all night. The location is great, the layout of the house main level is good, and the master bedroom/bath are nice. But the cold/sparsely furnished basement bedrooms all have hard, lumpy mattresses, and they all share 1 old, tiny bathroom, with a shower stall that can barely fit an adult. If you are 2 people using the property in the Summer, it might be great. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

The aging Radiant Plumbing in this house has not been maintained, so when we got there, it was broken, and made extremely loud noises all night. Nobody slept for the 4 nights we were there, and we had to make accomodations to meet the plumber several times during the days we were there. It was by no means a relaxing vacation.

Our group of 8 had to relocate in the middle of our stay. The rental company, Vacasa, did not have an adequate place to move us to, and did not refund us for any of the sleepless nights we had nor the enormous 'fees' they charged. We had to find another place on our own and move (took up an entire day of our 8 day vacation). The representative would not put us in contact with the corporate manager who made the refund decision, and it was extremely frustrating to go through. Do Not Recommend properties managed by Vacasa.
