About Roxanne

I grew up in west Texas and always loved the hill country. Moved here in 93 and have had many adventures. I love the lifestyle and ambiance this town offers. The shopping, restaurants and many activities are worth looking into. The golf course and wineries are very nice. I presently work from home.

Roxanne purchased this bungalow in 2004

Why Roxanne chose Fredericksburg

I purchased this house from my mom ...she built it in 97. I have made many changes but love having something that she was passionate about.

What makes this bungalow unique

Very easy location to find, close to downtown, very quiet and comfortable. Has wifi, cable tv, tile shower and small kitchenette.

Away from hustle and bustle but close to town

  • 4 of 5

Very clean, comfy bed, quiet neighborhood. Wifi was very spotty. Would have liked it to be better. Owner was friendly. Was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to town and shops and restaurants.

Owner's Response: I am sorry about wifi. If I'd known would have done a system reset. It seems to help. Thanks for the input.

Cute and convenient

Perfect guesthouse for a stay in Fredericksburg. Close to town but far enough away for some pease and quiet. The puppies were a delight when they came out to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint Getaway

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I spent the weekend here and had a great experience. Everything was super easy and convenient to get around Fredericksburg. It was close to Main St. but we did still drive everywhere we went. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again in the future.

Nice Weekend Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Our place was very charming. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The location was perfect as it was very close to Main Street, galleries, several wineries we visited and restaurants. We visited Andreuccci Wines and Torre di Pietra Winery. We had dinner at The Nest restaurant. It's also in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Use of the carport was very nice as well. Our bed was super comfortable. Thanks.
