This ski-in, ski-out condominium is uniquely located between the Four O'Clock Run and the Snowflake Lift but is also walking distance from beautiful downtown Breckenridge.

This completely remodelled and refurnished luxurious condo is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath unit and has 3 private wrap-around balconies with mountain views and a wood-burning fireplace.

The Condominium accommodates 10 people:

There is a ground floor master king bedroom with flat screen TV and Cable, private bath and private wrap-around balcony, a second upstairs king bedroom with flat screen TV and Cable and private wrap-around balcony, a third main floor bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a fourth upstairs bedroom / playroom with a single bunk up and queen futon sofa/sleeper below and a trundle bed.

The three bathrooms have been completely remodelled and include a bath / shower combination, a large vanity with multiple draws, a medicine cabinet, a mirror and additional storage cabinet above the toilet.

There is a large flat screen TV above the fireplace in the living room, large 4 seater leather sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, a single recliner and 2 easy chairs have been added. The living room has beautiful views of the ski mountain.

The newly remodeled kitchen includes quartz countertops, espresso cabinets and new stainless steel appliances throughout. The kitchen has also been refitted with all new utensils, glassware, cutlery, crockery and an assortment of convenient appliances. There is also an eight seater dinning room table and an additional two seats at the kitchen island.

The Condo has vast amounts of views and natural light and has vaulted ceilings in the living area.

Washer and dryer in unit. The condo is directly below the outdoor and indoor hot tubs, deck and picnic tables, meeting rooms and club house. There are 2 gas BBQ's on the deck area just below the condo. You can ski in to the front door of the unit from the Four O'Clock Run. A private ski and boot locker is located one level down from there.

There are no common walls with any other unit.

About Colleen Crouch

The property is owned by Russell & Vicky Stephens and Tony and Colleen Crouch. Russell & Colleen are siblings and we all live in South West Florida. Russell & Vicky have two young Children (Alex and Drew) and Tony and Colleen have 4 older children (Jessica, Timothy, Nicola and Christopher). We all love skiing and / or snowboarding and we look forward to enjoying our new condo as much as our guests will. We originally from South Africa but have lived in other parts of the world such as South Africa, Australia, and the United States. We enjoy going to Breckenridge for both winter and summer vacations.

We wanted a property that was perfect for skiing but was also walking distance from downtown Breckenridge, and this condo uniquely meets both these requirements. Wonderful condo!

This place was great! You could easily walk to town from here. The kitchen was better equipped than any other place we've rented and very clean. The hot tub was just down the stairs and the lift was across the road. We did have a minor problem with a fuse in the kitchen that seemed to keep blowing when more than one appliance was used and the living room space was a bit small. Other than those two issues, the condo was wonderful. Thank you!

Nice condo that worked well for our family

Overall this is a nice condo near town and one block from the Snowflake Ski lift on Peak 8 & the free bus stop. Lift ticket window right near the ski lift. Condo had a good overall appearance with a nice kitchen, dining table seats 8, living room is small but does seat 6 or 7 (this would be 4 on the couch - would be cramped). There are pull-out foot rests under 2 chairs that would seat 2 more people but it would be tough to find the space to put them. Living room has a nice TV, and kitchen is well stocked. Liked all the extra hooks available in the bedrooms or near the bedrooms for hanging ski gear and the basement ski storage. Rooms & bathrooms were nice - the only complaint here is that the pillows were mostly very flat so uncomfortable (the owner said she would look into this). Some of our adult kids complained that the beds upstairs were hard but ours was fine. Downstairs (main floor) has a master bed & bath, a bedroom with twin beds and a full bath. Upstairs has a second master bed & bath, and a bedroom with bunk beds (lower bunk is full sized). Someone had damaged some of the blinds in the living room (it was low so looked like a dog or a small child) but it didn't effect our ability to see the gorgeous mountain view. I saw a couple actually skiing into the condo area but it looked treacherous to our family (we are intermediate level skiiers/snowboarders), but the lift is a short block away and you can ski the Four O'Clock run into the area right across the street from the lift (a block walk back to the condo up a hill). As a bonus there is a small spa across the street by the lift that gives good massages. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the great comments. I'm glad you like the condo. I'm sorry the pillow were not adequate, there were some extras in various closets. I have just replaced all the pillows with bigger ones and bought extras. We would love to expand the living area, and I am thinking of better ways to use the space and add more seating. Update soon. Great location, well equipped, close to everything

We just spent 10 nights on a family skiing trip to Breckenridge. This condo is well located a short walk down hill to the Snowflake lift in the mornings, and ski-in in the afternoons. It has the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we have ever stayed making it very easy to cater for ourselves, and we even came home most lunchtimes as well as it was so convenient. Although you could fit up to 11-12 using the flip out lounge, the living room is quite small so I think 8 people in the 4 bedrooms would be the maximum to live comfortably. The beds are comfortable, the heating good, and we really could ask for nothing better.

We made use of the out door hot tub most days, and met lots of interesting people there!

The grocery store is a fair walk away and it would have been lovely not to have to either hike to the other end of town and then carry the groceries uphill (the altitude made this more difficult than we anticipated). There is the free shuttle running every 15 minutes from next to the snowflake lift, to the gondola which is close to the City Market but it was still an effort to make the trip just for Milk or bread, as there is not even a convenience store close. But overall, once we got ourselves orientated and settled we really found it comfortable after a fantastic but tiring days skiing!

This was a beautiful place to stay in Breckenridge!!

This condo was everything we hoped for! We spent Christmas here and it was perfect for entertaining! The kitchen was well stocked and the open concept was nice for cooking and visiting! For the skiers it was close to lift, for the rest of us it was a short walk to town! Coleen was great to work with and I'd recommend this condo to anyone!!
