39th Annual Boyz Week Out gives thumbs up.

  • 4 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our ski trip to Silver Star. Very nicely appointed throughout; very comfortable and homey. Lots of space to relax. Great views from the balcony. Big kitchen with lots of utensils made cooking a breeze. The boot room for skis and equipment made it very easy coming in and out. Plenty of room for 5 guys out for some fun on the mountain.

With the recent snowfall the ski in and out did require some effort to get down to the ski run and climb back up at the end of the day but it is manageable. The driveway was a little icey so we had to park at the top to make sure that we could get in and out; but nothing we couldn't handle.

The owners were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend time at Silver Star or just get away from it all.

Beautiful house in a great location.

  • 5 of 5

The listing description was spot on. The house is in great condition and very clean. The view is spectacular. The owner Mark was very prompt in responding to our questions. The rooms are large and well appointed and the kitchen is well equipped. The living room on the middle level and the family room downstairs both have gas fireplaces and provide plenty of room for people to spread out and read or watch TV. A nice touch was that they have a binder in the kitchen that provides helpful information about the house and area, and how to easily ski in/out.

I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect accommodation for a white Christmas

  • 5 of 5

Our family has just spend a fabulous 7 nights in Silver Star and we all loved every moment. The accommodation was perfect as being on 3 levels it gave us privacy and plenty of space to enjoy each others company & also have some quiet time if needed. Being really well equipped we cooked and ate in most nights which was ideal after skiing all day. The location suited us as it was just a little out of town but we could still ski in and ski out. The view was breathtaking and the beds extremely comfortable. Mark's recommendations and advice was invaluable. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. Thanks Mark for sharing your house with us. Kind Regards Vicki

Spectacular valley view on The Ridge

  • 5 of 5

This great duplex is located in the new development called The Ridge. We were pleasantly surprised when we first walked in. We had 7 adults with two children and we comfortably fit with room to spare. All the beds were very comfortable. There are two areas to entertain and watch television which is great when the kids are with you. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room to bring as much food as you desire. The views of the valley in the morning are incredible. Directly behind the house is the Criss Cross ski way which goes from the top of the mountain down to the Silver Queen chair. In the mornings you can access Powder Gulch (main lift to top) via the Silver Queen very easily in under 20 minutes while skiing some freshly groomed runs. We had all range of skiers and access was fantastic. Great skiers can clip in right outside door or beginners can walk a few short steps to ski way. We were really impressed with how easy it was to access coming off the mountain. Criss Cross starts right off the Powder Gulch and is super gentle for the first time skiers. The location is a couple minute drive to the village. Driving to and from the village and Tube Town was actually easier than walking with kids. What we enjoyed the most was the new construction of the house. Everything in the house was recent and up to date. From the moment we walked in we just felt welcomed and comfortable staying at this property.
