Maui Kamaole, across the street from beautiful Kamaole Beach III and the harbour, is the premier property in Kihei located on the edge of Wailea. It boasts 25 acres of lush tropical grounds with only 316 units with much lower density than Kihei properties. Maui Kamaole is a new complex and our unit was built in 1998. Its facilities include two pools and tennis courts, as well as bbqs throughout the property. The lower pool boasts a large hot tub, the main office, reception desk, kitchen, large seating area and three bbqs. The upper pool, in the shape of Maui, has a beautiful waterfall and a secluded hot tub and more bbqs. Each cluster (A-M) also has its own bbq area. At the top of the property are two excellent tennis courts for your enjoyment. Maui Kamaole is divided into a number of small three storey clusters with between 8 and 24 units in each. Two bedrooms units are located on the top two floors and boast an open air plan, with a vaulted ceiling in the living/dining area up to the master bedroom. Our quiet end unit includes two well equipped bedrooms with new twin beds in the downstairs bedroom and a new pillowtop queen sized bed in the master bedroom. It also has two newly tiled bathrooms with a bath tub and shower downstairs and a large walk in shower in the master ensuite. The living room has a queen sized pillow-topped sofa bed. Our unit includes a large front lanai for relaxing or dining al fresco. The two bedrooms also have lanais. The lower bedroom lanai is quite small, but the upper enclosed lanai is spacious with reading chairs and a table. Should you wish to dine indoors, there is a large dining area as well as breakfast bar with stools. We have maintained our unit as new replacing the carpet, sofa bed, twin beds, washer/dryer, easy chair, dining room chairs, bar stools and repainted the entire unit recently. Most recently we replaced the queen pillowtoped bed, the dishwasher and the fridge as well as retiling the entrance, kitchen and two bathrooms and replaced the kitchen counters with granite. All three air conditioners have been replaced with more effective units. We have had many comments in our visitor book expressing how well equipped our unit is. Our kitchen includes all the regular fixtures as well as your own ice tea maker and blender amongst other things. The unit has an answering machine, free internet, as well as hair dryers, iron and board, vacuum and carpet cleaner. We also have a fully-stocked lanai storage where you will find: boogie boards, coolers, golf clubs, tennis racquets and balls, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment, etc. We have tried to make our condo your home away from home and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this Condo unique
Maui is easily accessible with direct flights from many locations. The weather in Maui is exceptional with the trade winds making it not too hot and with low precipitation throughout year in most areas while in other areas regular rain to keep it green. Years ago I read that Maui was one of the best places to visit for sunshine dollar value because of its great weather. Maui also offers great amenities including restaurants, golf, shopping, health facilities, roads and so much more. Maui was voted the best island destination in the world for many years and it is easy to see why!!

Wonderful vacation condo
The condo was well appointed and exceeded our expectations. The property was beautifully maintained and well run. It was the perfect spot for our in-laws to stay while visiting us on Maui and I would recommend this to others looking for a well located, clean, updated condo in South Kihei. We would definitely book this again for out of town guests. Everything in terms of check in and check out went smoothly with clear and timely communication from the owners. Thank you.
Top notch holiday condo
Condo was spotless and nicely done with lots of upgrades. New towels and linens and kitchen well stocked with dishes gadgets pots and pans. It is in a quiet setting but close to both swimming pools. Only drawback was a queen bed upstairs instead of a king. However it was still a great holiday home!
