This 1100 square foot apartment overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is located on the 8th floor with secured entry. Beautiful view to the North and South. Space is available for one automobile in a secured basement. Immaculately clean with a kitchen with all its accessories.
One of the bedrooms contains a king size bed, television and an adjacent bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds and could be configured for an office. The main living area has a comfortable couch, a dinning table capable of seating six persons, and a large screen TV with 70 channels; free internet service is provided using both wireless and cable connections. The kitchen is well equipped.
Other facilities are available within a 10 minute walk from the apartment including, a number of restaurants, a convenience market, and the beach. Fast food restaurants would require a 20 - 30 minute walk. The town of San Diego has many of the amenities which you would expect in a large city such as theater, concerts, movies, etc.
During the winter months the temperature ranges between 49 degrees(low) and 64 degrees(high) with no snow!

The pool was nice.
Negatives: Not child friendly!
The man in the apartment below came up twice because he thought we were too noisy. This was at 2:00 in the afternoon and 7:30 in the evening. Our grandchildren were just playing - not ruff housing or excessively active.
The caretaker complained about water being tracked from the pool even after we made every effort to towel off.
Exercise room and sauna were very old and only had a few machines.
No HD TV.
