The Blue Church Lodge and Town home is right in the heart of it all. Distinctively unique. Our location is perfect, we are just steps away from an array of award-winning restaurants, art galleries, trendy shops and incredible night life. We are located just steps away from Old Historic Main Street. We have Two options: Condo G in the Lodge and Town Home #2.

Our Guests start their day in front of our crackling fireplace with a huge continental breakfast during ski season. After a day filled with activities soaking in our huge indoor or outdoor Jacuzzi, playing pool or unwinding with a good movie or book in a cozy chair by the fire area a great way to end the day.

Built in 1897 as Park City’s first Mormon Church, the Blue Church is listed on the National Historic Register. World-class skiing of Deer Valley Resort, The Canyon’s and Park City Mountain Resort. With Town Lift of Park City Mountain Resort just blocks away.

Park City offers a free-city-wide bus system.

Jennifer was extremely accommodating and hospitable. Communication was extremely well and easily accessible. I would love to stay here again. The place was absolutely amazing. Immaculately clean. The decor and furnishing were top notch. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware; which was absolutely great for our group...who of prefer to make homemade meals as oppose to spending the cash out. It is better than any hotel stay out there. And the location can not be beat. literally fifteen feet from main st. The most popular St. in town and five blocks from the ski lift. Highly impressed. And of course having the hot tub right outside your door is amazing!

Great location, but . . .be aware of the nearby night club

While we did enjoy the condo -- its a bit quirky being on two different levels and a spiral staircase between the two levels. The negative is that it overlooks the employee entrance for a nightclub (Park City Live) that didnt operate every night, but it went very hard one particular night where they had a concert. There are also employees of the nightclub out smoking right outside the unit at wee hours of the night - and it can be very loud especially from the upstairs bedroom. Another negative is that the lower level windows dont close properly and we asked for them to be fixed several times but the owner does his own maintenance and never came. I ended up improvising and repairing it so that I could sleep better with my teenage daughter in the lower bedroom. The positive is that the location is very good and its quirky, but nice inside. Also close to the indoor hot tubs and pool table (which wasnt loud). Anyways, all that in mind, id actually rent it again due- but i would check the concert schedule for Park CIty Live and avoid those nights or bring ear plugs!

Great owner, but property just so-so

Thanks to our hostess Jennifer for making it really easy for us to find and rent this place. She was great to work with. The space itself was fine, nothing overly fancy but fine for our needs. It is a great location for getting to town and being right in the middle of it all.

Great location and the covered garage parking spot was an added benefit

We loved the location as we could walk down the alley and be on main street. The lodge is very charming and perfect for our stay. Having a place to park the car every night was also a great plus.

The condo is fantastic. Well-maintained, clean, everything you could want, and absolutely perfect location if you want to be able to walk to everything Park City has to offer. Jennifer and the Innkeeper are awesome as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Close to Perfection!

Whether visiting Park City in winter or summer, you cannot beat the location of this condo. As stated previously, when you exit the downstairs door, you are about 30 steps off of Main Street. We found that to be the most convenient feature of this condo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need. The bathrooms were well appointed, all 3 TV's in perfect working order, including the large screen in the upstairs living room. By the way the condo is set-up, it works well for those who wish to have some privacy yet have access to an outside door whenever needed, and without bothering other occupants.

Owner Jennifer is quick to respond, and Louise at the front office check-in was professional and responsive. We left a wedding band in the condo, and they were able to find it and return it to us. Such honesty is commendable, and we'd recommend this condo to anyone looking for Main Street convenience in Park City.

Summer Retreat For Girls Weekend- Great Location, Thermostat Issues, Hot Tub In Off Season

We went to this condo for a girls weekend and the location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk right from our door onto main street and were just steps away from many places for us to go out. However, there were two things we were slightly disappointed in. First, the hot tubs are not running during the Off Ski Season. There is a giant beautiful indoor hot tub right next to the unit but it wasn't running. The explanation was that it would be too humid if it was filled. I can absolutely understand that but maybe they can get a cover for it or something. Negating that, it would be great if it was more clarified (bold it, highlight it, etc.) that the hot tub wouldn't be on during the off season as it was a selling point for our girls weekend and we were a bit disappointed even though we understood.

Lastly, the temperature in the unit could get a little hot and humid during the day. We turned down the thermostat with no results. Park City doesn't get too hot so it would have been fine if we had some more fans in the unit that could keep the air moving. Maybe ceiling fans upstairs and possibly some more portable fans (the unit had one).

But... these are not big issues and the location was excellent. I'd stay again just for that.
