More details... Comfortable, quiet home in the heart of quaint and oh-so-hip Atwater Village near Silverlake and Los Feliz. Very walkable. Great restaurants and bars minutes away in Silverlake, Los Feliz and Glendale including the 'Tam O' Shanter' just down the street where Disney animators hung out in the 40's and 50's. Excellent coffee shops and bakeries are just steps away. Avariety of ethnic Indian, Vietnamese and Armenian markets are just around the corner. Easy access to main freeways while remaining nestled in the hidden gem of Atwater Village. Explore all the hiking trails and activities in Griffith Park... take the kids to the carousel, the little train, the observatory and the L.A. zoo all within minutes by car. Walk the horse trail along the historic L.A. river. The 9-hole / 3-par Los Feliz golf course is just 7 blocks away. The Autry and Huntington mueseums are nearby as well.

Property was exactly as advertised. Convenient, safe and walkable neighborhood. Great to have off-street parking. Slept well and house had everything we needed. Chris was responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

Spacious, comfortable 3 bed let, close to amenities, in a safe area.
We really enjoyed our stay in this 3 bed in a residential area of LA as part of our road trip from the UK with our 11 & 14 year old boys. It was close to the freeway (but not too close!), within walking distance of amenities and close to Griffiths Park with the Hollywood sign, the Observatory and the LA Zoo.
The let was in a safe area, felt comfortable, has 3 good sized bedrooms, with laundry facilities, dishwasher and a good sized refrigerator/freezer.
My only comments to make it 5 star would be to clean the dishwasher and fix the tiles and put a light in the shower cubicle upstairs - the upstairs bathroom felt a little tired. It was perfectly clean and serviceable though - no complaints just the difference between 4 and 5 stars. Would stay here again if the occasion arises.
Beautiful character property in a lovely residential area. Close to local shops and restaurants
This is a beautiful character property. Its located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of shops and restaurants in lovely Atwater Village. A car is useful to get out and about to see the sites and there is ample parking space on the drive and the street outside.
The house has every amenity you could need with a fully equipsd kitchen and separate utility room. It is extremely spacious and is exactly as described. The garden is great with a gas barbecue which we used a couple of times.
An outside clothes line or airer would have been useful but there was a tumble dryer. I think Europeans are just used to drying outside where possible.
I highly recommend this property and we really enjoyed our time there.

We had a wonderful stay in this VRBO home. The location was conveniently located and the neighborhood was safe. The home was very clean and loaded with all of the necessary amenities for pleasant stay.

Very nice and cozy. All the details were taken care of and the location worked really well.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very functional, and comfortable.
Where I can see room for improvement:
-The grill needed some cleaning. The removable base below the burners had substantial acumulation (I took care of that so it should be ok for a while).
-Blinds or some way to block the light in the bedrooms.
-It's advertised as having a king, a queen and a double, but the queen size bed seemed more like a double.
We will be replacing the grill soon.
Which bedrooms did not have blinds? They should all have IKEA pull down shades.
The Queen is definitely a queen. Perhaps you're used to King. The description is correct: 1 Cal King, 1 Queen and 1 Double bed.
