FANTASTIC!!!

  • 5 of 5

My family (4 adults) stayed here for 3 nights for my daughter's college graduation. The house was clean and spacious, close to shops, restaurants, and the highway. It is located on a quiet street and there is off street parking and a sunny courtyard in the backyard.

Check in and out was quick and easy. The owners allowed us to check in early. And the bottle of complimentary "welcome" wine was a nice touch.

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Bright spacious home!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at the Boyce house for a whole month in July of 2016. This place is a really great central location. While visiting LA, you're gonna be driving a LOT, and I found that I really liked where this house is in the city. If you plan to go to beach everyday, it's a bit far, but great for everything else.

Check in instructions were clear and the house was the CLEANEST vacation/Airbnb rental I have ever stayed in! There are wood floors and trim everywhere and every inch was immaculate-even under the furniture! Bathrooms were great as well. Owners were very responsive. The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of cookware, serving supplies, etc.

The home is very large and spacious with spacious bedrooms and really big closets. The home is 2 floors with living/dining/kitchen and bath down and 3 bedrooms and bath up. The unit is part of a side by side duplex, so there is a shared wall with the neighbor. We met the neighbor, she is very nice.

The neighborhood is great and walkable.

I hope I can stay here again next summer!

Everything you need plus good location

  • 3 of 5

The owners have done a great job in updating this older home to make it comfortable and pleasant. You will have everything you need for a short or long stay. My family and I had spent several weeks traveling prior to arriving, so the washer/dryer really came in handy. The location in Glendale was convenient to the Griffith Park Observatory, strongly suggest a visit.. This is a good value for a decent and clean accommodation.
