3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath At Top Of Main Street With Beautiful Views Overlooking Town

19 Daly 'Top O Main' is my home away from home that my friends say 'gives you a hug when you walk in the door' This is a relaxing, cozy abode that works great for family gatherings, girls getaways, and couples ski trips. I have had some of the funnest weekends of my life in this home with my family and my best friends - whether we were skiing, hiking, golfing or dancing all night at the Spur this is a happy, fun town for all ages in all seasons!

This is a duplex home and 19 Daly is the right half (larger side) of the Chalet Style home. There are three levels - the one car garage allows you to enter from Daly Avenue and there is a second parking space behind the garage. You walk into a ski/mud room with cubbies for all of your ski things. The La Bandita Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a full bath with shower and a bathtub and new wall mounted flat screen TV. If you go down one level you enter the Blue Room which we also call the 'sleeping chamber' as it is the quietest corner of the house. There are two full beds in this bedroom. It also has a bathroom and TV tucked into a cabinet. On the top level you will find the great room with an open kitchen, granite bar, couches, farm table, gas fireplace, powder room, sliding glass door to the wrap around deck with a great view of downtown. The Master Bedroom has large exposed wooden beams and a modern iron canopy bed, a sky light that looks out onto the mountain, and a full bath with stand up shower, soaking tub and double vanity.

I try to provide as many household amenities as I can to make your stay feel like an extension of 'home' I have a barrel of slippers, cozy afghans, puzzles, family games (you have to try CatchPhrase - it has given my family hours of entertainment) and what's in my pantry is fair game for all. I will also send you my absolute favorite restaurants on and off of Main Street as well as my favorite non-skiing activities to make your vacation week special. It is imperative that you make a few dinner reservations BEFORE you arrive. The restaurants are popular and it really pays to plan ahead. I will even tell you where the best PIZZA in town is ;-) and where to get the best massage....

Lastly I have a full time House Manager who is on call every day in the event that there are any issues with my home. We will do our very best to make sure that while you are visiting Park City you can relax and have fun.

I grew up in the Adirondack Mtns in Lake Placid, NY but I fell in love with Utah 20 years ago and think it is a beautifully diverse state. Where else can you ski in the morning and golf in the afternoon! I travel extensively for work and split my down time between Washington, DC, Naples, Florida, and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. As the locals say 'You come to Park City for the Winter - but you stay for the Summer!' Try to experience this town in Summer, Fall and Winter - if you enjoy skiing here you will love hiking here when the wildflowers bloom and when the Aspen's spread their gold magic - it's a true delight in all seasons.

Why Kelly Collins chose Park City

I had been looking for property in Old Town for some time and while I loved the old Miner's houses I couldn't find one that had enough natural light as they are all so tucked in on the side streets and often had no view. I rented this home for a week with friends and luckily bumped into the owner and pestered him into selling to me and he finally relented! The house was very whitewashed when I bought it and I spent a year making it as cozy as I could and touched every surface with paint, granite or tile. I loved the great room with the view down Main Street that reminds me of Dr. Seuss' 'Who Ville' with all the colorful houses stacked down the hill - it is just beautiful when snow is falling and lights are twinkling. In the summer Hot Air Balloons come up over the hills in the morning hours.

What makes this townhome unique

I like being perched at the Top of Main knowing I can walk into town at a moments notice and grab a meal at all of my favorite restaurants, do a little shopping, go to a show at the Egyptian, get a massage at Mountain Body Spa, kick up my heels to live music at the Spur and then jump the Trolley and get dropped off at my front door! Then slide into the jacuzzi on the deck and watch the sun fade away. Ahhhhhhh Utahhhhhhh!

Ahhhhhhmazing!!!

Our group of 8 women just returned from a wonderful 5 night stay at this beautiful home! I can't sing it's praises enough! We have some very seasoned chefs within our group and they kept saying how the kitchen had everything they needed. The furnishings are beautiful, everything is top quality....the linens, drapes, bed spreads...art...you can tell this is a much-loved "home" and not merely a rental property. The living room with gas fireplace was a lovely gathering spot. I have rented many properties over the years and I can assure you this one surpassed our expectations in every respect. The location cannot be beat. For anyone who knows Park City...the city buses don't go through the majority of neighborhoods...which can hinder access to the various mountains. In the case of this home, the town trolley picks up right outside the door, you ride it straight down the hill to the transit center and then catch the bus to whichever resort you want to ski for the day, the shopping outlets, or the grocery store. NO SCHLEPPING of gear!! And even though all the homes I've rented have had easy walking access to town...this was the most convenient location we've ever stayed at in Park City. The hot tub was lovely after a day on the slopes and the view from it was magical....twinkling lights...views of the mountains. The owner was a joy to work with....very responsive and gracious...not to mention extremely generous in providing many staples that the majority of homes we've previously rented have lacked. We will most definitely return. You will not be disappointed in the quality of this home...the wonderful owner and location are simply the icing on the cake!!

Kelly is hands-down a great host, and her house is very convenient in every aspect. Loved everything about our stay! She even generously left us some snacks and wine. :) We felt right at home. Can't sing her praises high enough.

FAMILY FRIENDLY, COZY & WARM at the Top of Main St

Our visit to Park City was fabulous and this is the second time we have stayed at this home. It really is ideal for a family as it has 3 levels with 3 BR's and completely outfitted with everything imagineable. We really enjoy the hot tub on the deck looking down main street and the easy walking access to, well, everything. The kitchen is fully useable and the fireplace gets used every day. Everything about the home is cozy, soft and warm. Not a lot of room to park beyond one vehicle but that was enough for us. We will be back! THE MARYLAND CROW's.

This place is amazing. I just keep coming back!

This property is amazing. First of all, the location is awesome. Right at the top of Main St.! Walk to all the restaurants, shops, bars, etc. or take the free trolley. It is wonderful not to worry about parking in downtown PC. Secondly, the accommodations are stunning. There is plenty of room for 6 or more and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all the great amenities you would expect from your house, not a rental. It is loaded with everything you need for a cozy dinner to a full on get together. I have stayed at other places at PC, including Deer Valley, but keep coming back to this place. All in all it really cannot be beat! Enjoy your stay.
