This Large Home is offered at $79.00 per night during Off-Season and slightly higher during the Season and Holidays. It comfortably accommodated 14 guests, for it is equipped with 7 Real Beds (double occupancy), dressed with Fresh Linens. If you do the math, it comes to a little bit over $5.00 per day per person or under $10.00 if each of 4 couple has their own private bedroom. For those who book please do not complain that this home is not good enough. Please do not be surprised that after you arrive that it is not Ritz Carlton. Taking into the consideration that the hotel that is .5 miles away is charging $100.00 to $139.00 per night per room. For those who are grateful and for those who appreciate all my work and efforts, and happy to book inexpensive accommodation that is convenient to the center of the downtown that is 1 mile away, please book.

IMPORTANT: I would like to discuss an AC. Some had mentioned in the reviews that the place does not have a good enough Air Conditioning. The home is over 4,000 sq. ft. that used to have Central Air Conditioning, but now it is switched to the Window and to the Portable units. The main reason for those wall units is that prior the installation of those, my AC bill each month was about $600.00 to $800.00 per months, for no matter of how much I begged the guests to no not leave the windows and the doors open while AC was running, it was ignored. Now my AC bill is about $100.00. Each bedroom has an AC unit that is sufficient enough to cool off the room. The living room that is about 1,000 sq ft has an AC wall unit that is 24,000 BTU that is a way more that is needed to cool off the room of that size. The kitchen has large open spaces that allows for the cool air to flow there freely. Now, is there is a Central AC? The answer is NO. Is there is Air Conditioning sufficient enough to cool off the home - Absolutely! It normally starts like this: How do I turn down thermostat? The answer is: In the AC unit there are two errors, one is leading up and one is leading down and the number that shows the temperature. For those who like it up, please press the error that shows ‘up’ and for those who like for the temperature to go down, please press the error that is showing ‘down’.
For those that are not happy with the wall AC units and demand for the central AC, please do not book. I had a couple of people wondering about the heat. I have purchase two portable heaters. Thou, no one ever used them.
I am sorry that the towels are not matching. I have purchased at least 40 matching sets, but most of them were stolen by the guests. I gave up.
My beautiful garden was taken by the hurricane Irma. To replace, I have planted 50 little tropical fruit trees. I am environmentalist and the permaculturalist, thus my 3/4 of the acre backyard is not manicured. I believe not to interfere with the Mother Nature and one day the backyard will turn into the Food Forest. As for now, I have three Mango trees, one Mulberry that are producing fruits. Welcome to pick as many Mangos as you wish (ripe: April to July Months)
