About Vacasa, UT - Brian Head Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Spring Break 2018

  • 5 of 5

Overall it was a great place to stay. Walking distance to Giant Steps. Beds were comfortable, but could have done without the plastic mattress cover. Perfect for a family of four. Six people would be fine except the eating situation.

Super close to Giant Steps Life

  • 5 of 5

This was the closet apartment to Giant Steps Lift. It was literally only a 3-5 minute walk!! My boys, ages 11, 14 and 20 had no complaints gathering their gear and walking over. The apartment was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Can't wait to return!!

Won't be back!

  • 2 of 5

Very sparse furnishing, no coffee table, no nightstands in bedroom, 1 tv, few cooking pieces, crockpot wouldn't fit a can of soup, only 1 plastic bowl, no paper or pens not even a bowl to put ice cubes in the freezer. Who puts the same same two pictures next to each other on the wall?

Jacuzzi and sauna is not working in Brianhead 1 building again!!! Won't consider this unit next time.

Better condo for 2 couples than a family

  • 4 of 5

Building jacuzxi did not woek first 2 days. Only 1 TV in the whole condo- hard to share for 6 people. Small dining room table seats only 4. Need small cup options in the kitchen and a couple more pots and pans. Decor is very basic but location is great.

Owner's Response: We are sorry to see the hot tub was out for a portion of this guest's stay. We have asked building maintenance to please keep us apprised of any hot tub work being done so we can inform our guests. We have added more cups, pots, and pans to the kitchen. Thank you!

Brian Head over MLK Holiday

  • 5 of 5

We just spent the 3 days/2 nights in this condo over the MLK holiday. The condo was great! Beds were comfortable. Condo was clean and provided very easy access to the Giant Steps ski lift. We have four children and they loved it! The hot tub and sauna were very nice after our days of fun in the snow. I would stay again.<br />

Great location but just average condo

  • 3 of 5

First time staying at a Brianwood condo-we usually stay at Giant Steps. Adequate for what we needed but not above and beyond. The location was wonderful but the condo is really better equipped for 4 people than 6. The dining table only seats 4 so our family of 6 could not enjoy a meal all together. There is only one 32 in TV in the main living room (which was not enough for 6 people to share) Plus you can hear it while trying to sleep in the loft. Sofa couch was not very comfortable for sleeping. Kitchen is stocked but could use some small cups and additional pots. The condo's jacuzzi was not working the first 2 days we were there-had to walk across the street to the one in the game room building. Overall a fine condo for a basic stay but don't expect any extras.
