About Vacasa, UT - Brian Head Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

We loved the place and how it was right on the slopes. It has everything you need and it was centrally located. We will be back....
bad plumbing and heating
We are a family of six and we stayed 3 nights to ski at Brian Head resort. Great location off Navajo side, but the unit has not been upgraded. Water heater must be very old as it can’t regulate the temperature. Scorching hot or icy cold water is your choice during a shower. Some wall heaters are loud so you can’t sleep. Manual dial heater so you are adjusting the temp. Fireplace doesn’t come with a match, so bring your own. Tv in master only works on one channel, but can’t change it. Family room tv turns dark mysteriously and turns bright again. Needs updating, but the internal guts are probably old as it’s decor. Ski in and out condo but Definitely have to do some walking - . Our friends had a different unit in the same complex and They didn’t have any of our problems.
We apologize for any issues this guest experienced during their visit. Maintenance inspected the water heater and wall heaters and found all of them to be functioning correctly. We have repaired the TV so it no longer goes dark. Thank you!
It's a home away from home at an excellent ski in/out location. Plenty of kitchen amenities, stackable washer/dry with detergent and dryer sheets provided, bath salts next to the jetted tub and superclean white towels! Comfortable couch and beds. The oven/stove worked great and ample refrigerator size.
We enjoyed our stay and love the convenience of the ski in/out
Well stocked kitchen supplies, clean linens and towels, washer/dryer combo, and great communication from Vacasa property management. We didn't get internet/wifi until our 3rd day (of a 4 day stay), hall light was out and the door lock from the hallway to the master bathroom was stuck. Despite these minor nuisances we enjoyed our stay.
Family Getaway in the Snow!
My husband and I decided to take our 4 kids to the snow at the last minute in January 2017 so they could learn how to ski. The condo was very comfortable and SO convenient to the slopes! We enjoyed the ability to cook our own meals (eating out every meal for a family of 6 gets pricey!) and loved being able to warm up after a day of skiing and watch movies and play one of the many board games provided. We had a great time and can't wait to return!
