Pleasant and confortable all over the year, from the 1st April 2011, will be furnished with new appliances and furniture. From the position in which is placed, it’s easy to reach (on foot or on bike using the cycling tracks) both the beaches and the city centre taking just few minutes. Located on the 4th floor and equipped with elevator, is part of a quiet building with a common garden, wide private car park and single garage for bikes and (one) car. The apartment is endowed with windows in all the rooms and is composed of a spacious double room furnished of a 5-doored wardrobe and shelves. This room is connected to a sea view balcony in common with the second bedroom, that contains a bunk bed and another hidden single bed, for a total of 3 bedplaces. The living zone includes the balconied living room and a small kitchen. The first one is arranged with double studio couch, television, fridge and freezer and leaf table (6-8 seats). The kitchen is set out with dish-washer, stoves and electric oven. The bathroom has in disposal a washing-machine, shower, wc and sink. The apartment is endowed with independent heating system. Shops and groceries are in the nearby, close to a big sport centre (Cittadella dello sport). Besides, is possible to use some bikes, freely granted by us.

The flat is perfectly located near the sea front and supermarket. We were 6 people and there were enough place for each of us. Very modern, clean, convenient and well arranged flat. You can find a lift, 2 balconies and a garage which is appreciable. The owners are so welcoming and helpful. I really recommend this renting !"

Siamo stati comodamente in 5 nell'appartamento.
L'appartamento conferma quanto descritto: ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiagge, zona residenziale non rumorosa, con supermercati in zona.
I plus sono rappresentati dal trattamento riservato dal padrone di casa agli ospiti: casa pulitissima, lenzuola fresche di bucato messe nei letti, asciugamani disponibili per tutti, e poi da non dimenticare posto auto in cortile, e soprtattutto biciclette disponibili per raggiungere ogni angolo della città senza pensieri. Le piste ciclabili di Senigallia rendono inutile l'automobile e la bici diventa l'insostituibile mezzo per raggiungere tutti i luoghi. In 5 minutidi piste ciclabili si è in centro per godere della parte storica e di vita notturna di Senigallia.
E se qualcosa dovesse non funzionare, avrete una persona gentile con cui parlare e che vi risolverà i problemi. Noi abbiamo avuto un paio di contrattempi, risolti con solerzia e cortesia.
Meglio di così non poteva andare.
Siamo stati in 5 in questo spazioso appartamento dotato di ogni comfort che una famiglia possa desiderare. Biciclette a disposizione per muoversi e passeggiare. Grazie di tutto Paolo
Great apartment in beach town
House: well equipped modern apartment with all the necessary amenities for a small family. Clean, well presented and comfortable.
Location: set a block back from the beach and a short walk to the old town, the apartment is also well positioned for local needs (supermarkets, swimming pools etc).
Host: Paolo was excellent. Clear and easy communication and very hospitable and accommodating
Value for money: excellent. It is very well priced given the above benefits
Summary: we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.
