The studio is situated at the entrance of the village of Marciana, 375 meters on the sea level,it has a beautiful view on the villages of Marciana Marina, Poggio,the sea and the Tuscany coast.You can have sea holiday ( far 4km) and mountain holiday in the same time( a cableway to Capanne mountain is at 700 m farway)
The studio is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedsofa (single bed),a small bedroom with a bunk bed , a mezzanine double bed (high 154cm),bathroom with shower. Close to the studio (500 meters) there are shops as a pharmacy, a take away foodshop, the post office , the bank, a newspapers agency, a tobacconist, an ice cream parlour, bars and handicraft shops.

Vacanza indimenticabile all' Elba!!!

Abbiamo passato una breve e intensa vacanza in questo incantevole borgo storico di Marciana, l' appartamento è piccolo ma confortevole con tutto il necessario, ideale per coppie o una famiglia con bambini . I proprietari Daniela e Francesco sono 2 pesone deliziose sempre pronte a consigliare ed aiutare i suoi ospiti. Questo alloggio rimarrà un nostro punto di riferimento per un prossimo ritorno sull' isola.

Divinamente Spettacolare! Una Piccola Fortezza a Marciana dominante la vallata con ai suoi piedi la pittoresca Marciana Marina. Daniela e Francesco sono i Meravigliosi proprietari di questo immobile e risiedono lì ad un passo da questa Piccola Fortezza. Cordiali Disponibili Sinceri ed Affettuosi , sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni piccola esigenza. L'Immobile è attrezzato come da indicazioni sul sito. Impagabile la vista mozzafiato e la brezza serale. Why they chose this property

This flat is close to mine, the main flat,it was made and furnished for my sons,it is ren now because they live abroad and they come for short periods.
The place was chosen because a lot of our fiends, living in Rome,have their summer house in Marciana and in Poggio, then because the island is very beautiful, it is National park, it offers mountain and sea in the same time(there are a lot of paths and beautiful walks), the sea is wonderful and when it is rough in a side you can go to the other side to find a smooth sea.
