This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium is located in the Garden District proper, just off Saint Charles Avenue. You have a view of the streetcar line from the front of the courtyard. The condominium opens to a large common courtyard. There is off-street parking for one car. The Historic St Charles Streetcar is just around the corner.

The building was totally renovated inside and out recently. All new stainless appliances, and very nice furnishings make this cozy condominium very livable. The kitchen is small but very functional. The stove is glass surface with a convection oven. There is a built-in microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a TV/DVD. The updated bath has an extra-deep spa tub/shower with glass enclosure. There is a single day bed and trundle in the living room. There is also a DVD, and music collection for your enjoyment.

This is a small, quiet, condo complex. Please respect our quiet time 11 pm - 8 am.

We have video surveillance of the courtyard and parking to help ensure that you have a safe and quiet stay.

Two of us stayed for 3 nights and the condo worked perfect for our needs. We loved being right across from Fresh Market which had a great deli. Very close to the streetcar which took us all over town for $3 a day.

We went to Commander's Palace one day and picked up a Walking Tour map of the Garden Distict and also walked around Lafayette Cemetery. Both within a few blocks of the condo. Walked to Magazine St. another day. And took the streetcar to the Quarter several times.

The condo was comfortable and met all our needs. The bed was great. Jim answered all our questions promptly and I would recommend this place over a hotel room any time!

Comfortable place to end your day. Close to Magazine street with great restaurants. Just off St Charles allows for easy access. Off-street parking a plus! Husband spent his days here while I attended a conference. Internet access and places with in walking distance (Fresh Market -upscale grocery- and Magazine St.)

This apartment suit our needs perfectly since it was steps from the St. Charles Trolley and about five blocks from Magazine Street in the Garden District. The apartment is not spacious but very adequate and comfortable for a couple. The place was clean and furnished with all the tools and devices. A washer and dryer is available and food and drug stores are within easy walking distance. There is a courtyard where you can drink your morning coffee and have a glass of wine in the evening. My wife felt safe and so did I. Perfect!

Quite Nice

Great location but a little small and somewhat dark. Well equipped and clean. Had minor issue with the HVAC and wifi but resolved fairly easily and satisfactorily. The dishwasher controls are difficult to reach so be prepared to hand wash - not a big deal. A little concerned about the parking- right on the edge of a somewhat sketchy area - for some reason we thought parking was in a secured area, my fault, but it was one of the main reasons we chose this unit. It was off street but the street is only 5 feet behind the parking spot. The refrigerator water dispenser was inoperable and even on level 2 the refrigerator side would partially freeze the soft drinks. The bed needs new box spring- creaks really bad when one gets out - but sleeps ok. Weak water pressure in the shower - probably caused by spout not fully closing - should be an easy fix. Fix the bed, shower and fridge and I'd do five stars!

Perfect location. Easy access to the streetcars on St. Charles Street which will take you right to Bourbon Street. Cute courtyard to enjoy a drink and relax. Always felt safe in the area.

Great location for New Orleans

This condo is the right location for getting around the city with the St. Charles streetcar just across the street. It's also has a lot of amenities nearby, from a drug store to the Fresh Market to the shops and restaurants on Magazine Street. Since we enjoy walking, we did not need a car. We would stay here again on our next trip.
