About the owner: We are a Canadian couple from the wilds of north western Alberta recently retired from our trucking business. We knew after our first vacation to the area that this was where we would choose to escape the long cold winters of home. Our original purchase in 2012 was a house in Bucerias. And then we discovered La Cruz! It is perfect. A small town filled with true Mexican charm. We live in Mexico for at least six months out of the year. We love the people here, the slow pace, the perfect weather and our uniquely undeveloped stretch of sandy beach. Come and share it with us. We will welcome you and provide you with a wonderful setting for creating fabulous holiday memories.

This property was abandoned during the American crash and was in desperate need of love and attention. I have been a home renovator for the past thirty years and this opportunity was a challenge I could not resist. The original casitas have been modernized but maintain their warm and inviting charm. The new building (where this rental is located) has three two storey units, private parking, roof decks and ocean views are absolutely gorgeous. We tried to think of all our guests needs when designing the building with the help of a local architect. The large pool has been 'recreated' with a shallow end for the kids and every unit is completely self contained. There is a laundry facility, a bar-b-que area and an excellent DVD library. Visit us once and this will become your 'home away from home'. We are perfect for your next vacation.
