This comfortable 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath (Jack and Jill style) condo features wonderful relaxing views of the pool and surrounding courtyard. Everything you need to have a great time is here for you! Some of the prettiest beaches you will ever see are just across the street and we are also close to the fishing pier and the recently opened 'Freeman Park.' Pleasure Island will have a multi-ride amusement park back for the summer and the new go-kart track is now open!!
As well, we are just minutes away from the Pleasure Island Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Some of the other attractions close to us are our 10 acre Zoo, Jungle Rapids Waterpark and the Fort Fisher Ferry that runs to SouthPort. The Fort Fisher Aquarium is one of the best on the East Coast and offers hands on experiences for the kids. Last summer the aquarium added an albino aligator to it's reptile family and he is quite a hit!
On the Island you will not want to miss some of our local favorites and attractions. Brit's Donuts on the Boardwalk, Michaels Seafood, Freddie's in Kure Beach and the Zaaki Grill are always a good choice.
Take the kids to see the free weekly outdoor family movie at the Lake and enjoy the weekly fireworks put on by the Town of Carolina Beach during summer season. There is live music on the boardwalk almost every night!
Carolina Beach is conveniently close to all areas of Wilmington to include the historic downtown, and Mayfair Town Center, the upscale shopping area close to Wrightsville Beach.
If you have any special needs, requirements, or need some assistance making arrangements for venues within the area we will be happy to help in any way we can. From getting your hair done to a relaxing theraputic massage...we can refer you to great area professionals.
So come on to the Beach!! Bring your swimsuit, your sense of adventure, and the ability to kick back and relax! Please email us for availability.

Carolina Serenity is a family owned rental. William works overseas and in his absence his sister, Beth New handles reservations. We moved to this wonderful area in the 1990's and have our own vacation home in beautiful Carolina Beach!
Affordable with one of the best kid friendly pools on the Island! Just this winter we put in a new sleeper sofa, re-carpeted and put in a new hvac outdoor unit. Across the street from the beach and just a short drive to the boardwalk area, Carolina Serenity is the perfect vacation spot!
Welcome to Carolina Courtyard Comfort!
Alot has changed on the beach since the last time you were here. Don't forget to bring your favorite book, sunscreen and free spirit!
We really look forward to making you feel at home and having you enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer.
From the moment we met Beth and she gave us a detailed packet of our Vacation location, I knew that it was going to be good. It turned out that we had our own personal travel agent and an excellent vacation unit! There was plenty of room for our family of four and so close to the beach and pier! Of course, we had 1 Britt's donut (that's a lie) and had fun exploring different places. I'd recommend this place to anyone!!
We had a great little getaway to Carolina Serenity. The pool was a favorite. We look forward to returning.
Great bargain on the north end of the island! Very clean and nicely decorated.
Beth directed us to several great places to eat! You must get a donut (or 12!!) at Brit's! We ate dinner at the Sea Witch (casual, beachy) and Freddie's (classy, Italian) - and lunch at Big Daddy's in Kure Beach and on the river in Wilmington at the Pilot House and dessert at Coastal Cupcakes. We also ordered great pizza from Uncle Vinny's on a rainy evening. We got great coffee in downtown Wilmington at Port City Java.
We walked on the beach every morning and watched the surfers. When the tide is in there isn't much sandy beach at the north end of the beach, but that was in the early morning and late evening. The aquarium was definitely worth the price of admission and Fort Fisher was worth a stop on the way back.
We didn't have any trouble with parking in the spots next to or under the building. The partial ocean view from the porch was great, but be prepared for a 3rd floor walk-up! It wasn't any trouble bringing our own sheets and towels because we usually do that anyway. Make sure to also bring toilet paper and paper towels.
It was a great value and would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here for 4 nights with our two children and loved it! The couch was comfy for the kids and the condo was very spacious. It is only a few steps from the beach and the pool area is kept nice and clean. Beth was a huge help with restaurants. Highly recommend Harbor Mist restaurant! Can't wait to visit again!!!!
My family and I had a great time at Carolina Beach. The condo fit our needs and our wallet. Beth was wonderful to deal with and was very helpful. If we go back to Carolina Beach we will look up Beth and her condo again!
Parking under the building was so convenient, and the location was great! We walked across the street to the beach each day. We also walked out on the pier and met the local mascot pelican! There were many people fishing from the pier, and the kids and I got to touch a small sand shark somone caught before they threw it back into the ocean. The ocean looks different from way out on the pier! And we really enjoyed watching the surfers - especially on the one day the waves were great. The condo was lovely, and the owner was so accommodating and helpful in giving information about the area. It is close by an amusement park and at night it is the perfect thing to do with kids. And, you must not miss getting a doughnut at Brit's - located on the Island near the amusement park. It is more like fried dough than a traditional doughnut - and they serve them hot and freshly made! The pool was nice and private, and you have a great view of it from the condo. All in all, we had a wonderful time and plan to stay at Seascape again in the future!
