Quiet and comfortable

This is a great location. The unit is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen is well stocked with items to cook with. Well stocked with towels for the bathrooms. Patricia (owner) was very responsive to any inquiries that I had leading up to my arrival. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent location and very comfortable for our needs

Very nice and well kept property. We were 3 sisters having a ski week and this fit our needs very well. Beds were comfortable and access to lift was perfect. Some instructions were a bit confusing, but overall it was great. I would recommend this property for a small group.

This place was tidy, comfortable and conveniently located just a short walk from the lift. The Creekside Village is quiet, so if you're seeking the energy of Whistler Village, you'll need to drive there.

Great location and good value for money

Two things make this property stand out: its location across the street from the Creekside gondola, and its very attractive pricing. With Whistler rental rates climbing off the charts, it is increasingly hard to find reasonably priced places; this is one of the few remaining ones. Do not expect luxury or views, but the condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It sleeps up to 6 (though 4 adults + 2 children is probably the max for comfort - 6 adults would be a stretch, as one of the mattresses is on the floor in an open loft area), has two bathrooms (one of them tiny but functional), a fully equipped kitchen, adequate sitting area, separate dining area, and excellent wifi.

Things that, while not necessarily negative, you should know:

- the second bedroom, den, and main bathroom are all in a loft open to below. There is adequate protection for kids, but if you bring them make sure they can negotiate the stairs.

- the TV is quite small (we don't care, but you may).

- there's no in-suite laundry (but there's a coin-operated laundry in the basement, and it works fine).

- the kitchen has virtually everything you will need for preparing most meal types. If you like to do your own prep, bring your own knives (as we do). Just as in every other vacation property, knives are not sharp.

- there is a ski storage room, but it is often difficult to find a lockable spot for your skis, as most regulars seem to reserve their places with locks, rendering them unusable.

- there is no BBQ in your suite, but there are some shared grills by the pool. It is quite impractical to use them in winter.

- the unit does not get much natural light (but indoor lighting is bright).

While some of this things may be minor inconveniences, remember that you are paying some of the lowest daily rates in all of Whistler, and you are less than 100 metres away from the lift and the ski school drop-off area. Also, Patricia is very responsive by text message, which is always important when renting directly from an owner. If her property is available for our travel dates next year, we will gladly rent from her again.

Perfect spot for a family getaway

We spent a weekend at this condo with our two teenagers to ski at Whistler. It's a great location - just steps away from the Whistler Creekside gondola, Kitchen is well stocked, lots of towels, linens, etc. The place was quiet and cozy. Ski storage is very convenient being right inside the front door of the building and having a parking spot included was a bonus.

The owner was quick and easy to deal with and provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out. I would easily recommend this unit!
