Two bedroom corner unit closest to slopes

This spacious 2 bedroom / 3 full bath is a quiet corner unit on the fifth floor of the most convenient building in Copper Mountain. The Unit has a beautiful view of the lake and village area. The scenic nighttime village lights are easily enjoyed in the enclosed balcony at the end of the day.

This 1200 square foot Unit comfortable sleeps 8 guests. It contains two large master bedrooms, three baths, a living area with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and wood burning fireplace. There are three satellite televisions, DVD players and free WiFi. Three private ski gear storage lockers for this Unit are located on the first floor.

The building, Mountain Plaza, is a few level steps from the American Eagle ski lift and the various shops / restaurants in Center Village. Adding to the convenience are the location of the Belly Button Day Care facility and Endos café on the first floor of the building. The Belly Button day care is open until 10:30pm and Endos café is one of Copper Mountain’s more popular restaurants.

The building’s garage has parking for one car and free wood for the wood burning fireplace. The building also has 1 indoor and 2 outdoor hot tubs.

Right outside the building are the stops for the Free Summit Shuttle for trips to Frisco, Breckenridge and Dillon as well as the Copper Shuttle for traveling to other areas of the Copper Mountain resort.

* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking of ANY kind is allowed in the condo.

* Check-in is 4:00PM and Check-out is 10:00AM.

(No Early Check-In or Late Check-Out unless approved by owner).

* We accept VISA & MasterCard.

* Add 9.775% Tax & Copper Mountain Surcharges, and $140.00 cleaning fee for when you leave.

* A refundable security deposit of $250.00 is required at time of booking. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date.

* CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. If the cancellation is within 60 days of arrival, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of all rental fees paid as of cancellation date. If reservations are changed or cancelled less than one month (30 days) before arrival date, the security deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is less than two weeks before arrival, NO refund is offered. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Total cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Best location ever!

We were so excited to find this unit in the center of everything!!!!! Only down side, one key did not work and the local building staff would not assist us.

Can't beat the location

We enjoyed our stay very much. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage girls who each brought a friend on our annual ski trip. The condo was plenty big enough and the 3rd bathroom was especially nice with teens. The kitchen is very small but had everything we needed. A full size refrigerator would be nice but we managed. The screened in Patio is nice overlooking center village. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

As advertised, this is probably the most convenient accommodations in Center Village. Great location! 3 ski lockers located on the first floor right by the entrance to the village. Next time I would look for a view of the slopes on the opposite side of the building but it's not a deal breaker. The unit was not spotless but was clean enough. It has some wear and tear but was actually quite comfortable. The overall size and the 3 bathrooms was great for our group. Kitchen is small but equipped with the basics. Small fridge is ridiculous! We would stay here again.
