2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo with a library, eat in kitchen, laundry room, living room and lanai porch with outdoor fan which faces the pond. King bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom, queen pullout sofa in the TV room and two twin pullouts (one in the library and one in the second bedroom) to sleep a total of 8 comfortably. There are restaurants/bars within walking distance and we are 3 miles from downtown Venice which is full of store fronts, coffee shops and more bars/restaurants. We would be interested in long term renters (1+ years) and/or renters that can stay for at least 3+ months (condo association requires 3 month minimum lease). Call Evan to discuss.

Seven Months at San Lino, #513

I have just spent seven months living at San Lino condominiums in unit #513. The stay was a truly pleasurable experience. The condo is lovely, equipped with all a vacationer or annual renter would need. The owners, Evan and Gretchen, are excellent landlords. It is obvious they have as their priority the desire to make the stay for their guests as comfortable as possible. The condo is located well to beaches, island village shops, year round festive activities/water sports, shopping centers, theaters, the arts, churches, and many more. One can become quite at home in Venice at this location if desiring year round life there. I rented the months that were available at #513 when I moved to Florida. I would have stayed annually because I liked it so much if the condo had not been already rented for the months ahead. I highly recommend this comfortable stay in a beautiful condominium.
