This family friendly home is just steps down the walking path to the warm waters of Mission Bay and the beautiful blue surf of the Pacific Ocean at Mission Beach.

This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath tri-level home is perfect for family and friends to enjoy. The kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped to handle your cooking needs and the barbecue on the patio is perfect for a cookout!

The main floor bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed has an adjoining bathroom and french doors leading to the front balcony. Bedroom two also has a queen bed and private bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed along with a twin bed and its own private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a flat screen television and private sitting balcony access.

The attached two car garage houses the washer and dryer along with bicycles for 5, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards.

It is conveniently located on Ormond Court steps from Mission Bay. We accept credit cards securely through Square without additional fees.

The front shared patio faces a quiet walking path and is a wonderful space for grilling and relaxing. The sand is just steps away.

This relaxed area of Sail bay is known for its breathtaking views and sunsets and the 14-mile boardwalk that circles the bay is perfect for a leisurely bike ride or walk. Located in the heart of Mission Beach, it is within easy walking distance to great local restaurants, shops as well as to the Mission Bay Aquatic Center.

Parking, which is at a premium in Mission Beach, is no problem with our two-car tandem garage. It measures approximately 7.10' W X 30' D X 7' H. If you have an SUV, please verify your car’s dimensions as we do not have alternate parking other than the public lots and street parking.

Clean, great location, and well-stocked home.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean and had enough room for nine of us. The kitchen was well supplied with the basics and more. We had an issue with the front door on one day, and the owner was prompt in his response and helped us resolve the problem quickly. We also appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, home use and check-out; it made our life a lot easier!

We loved being so close to the beach, and loved that it was also within walking distance of many places to eat. The garage would fit two regular sized cars, but it would be a tight squeeze if you had two larger cars. We did appreciate having a place to park given the tight parking situation in this area. Everything was perfect for our vacation.

Nice location

We had 5 guests staying at the house and had other people visit. There was plenty of space. More room in the living area and kitchen than I anticipated from photos. Downstairs was very cool with window unit. However, the two bedrooms upstairs were so warm we did not sleep well even with windows open and fans going. Outside temps were in the 80’s so this is probably just an issue in the summer months.

The proximity to beach and to bayside area for SUP and kayaks was great. Also close to many places to eat. We usually cooked dinner and the kitchen was well stocked.

This 2nd floor apartment has many good features and a few issues

We arrived early & the owner kindly let us in early. He also promptly helped us with the Wi-Fi code which was incorret on the welcome instructions. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is on Mission Beach in between two wonderful beaches. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and being in the party atmosphere. The living room is a good place to relax.

The apartment has three bedrooms and three nice bathrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a skylight directly above the beds without any window covering. There's no air conditioning but the windows & screens were in good condition. The blinds had frayed & tangled cords and were idifficult to use. The first night we left the windows open but it was very noisy. This may be because it was memorial day weekend. There is only one ceiling fan above the kitchen table and one box fan in the bedroom so it got very warm at night with the windows closed.

The kitchen was well-equipped with good appliances. We ate out so we didn't use the stove. We were there for daughter's graduation so we didn't have time to use the bikes or the grill on the front patio. Having a garage was a plus as parking is at a premium in this neighborhood.

We signed a very detailed contract when we rented the unit and I was surprised when in the welcome instructions we were told that we had to do several housekeeping chores before we left including run the dishwasher, take out the trash, gather up all used linens and start a load of laundry. So why were we paying $195 for housekeeping? I wondered if I should leave myself a tip. If these were the owners expectations they should've told us in the original contract. We have stayed in many other rental units and this was a first. I had to catch a plane and this was inconvenient to say the least. Also the owners expected us to check for any damages when we arrived. By the end of the first night I had found frayed and tangled cords on some of the blinds, a broken lamp in a bedroom and a broken door handle. When I arrive after a long flight.The owner overnighted a new lamp I left in the box.

I appreciate that the owners want to keep their apartment nice. But I urge them to be upfront about expectations for the renters. State in the original contract that renters must do many chores at departure.
