This is a perfect house for a girls shopping and wine getaway. We had a fabulous time and recommend this listing and hope to return!
An absolutely wonderful stay!
We LOVED the Oehler House. We had a party of 8 and the home was spacious enough for us all and very comfortable! The backyard is phenomenal as well. Lots of seating and a comfortable place to hang out. The home itself was clean and tidy and had plenty of parking.
The home is also walking distance to Main St, - less than 10 mins! Once you get to Main St. you have your pick of shops and restaurants to visit.
Finally, the owner is very accommodating and communicative. We would LOVE to stay in this house again on our next trip! Thank you for such a great trip!
Beautiful home and great location. We enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to downtown. Perfect for meeting friends for a weekend trip. Would definitely book again.
The old house has Fredericksburg charm. The kids were delighted with the pirate and the basement hideaway. The kitchen and utensils were adequate, and the decorations funky which added a bit of eccentric fun.
(One small criticism would be the sheets in the master bedroom could be replaced. Try Costco. )
Fun Girls Weekend!

We love Luckenbach so much we had to give it its own paragraph. Luckenbach, Texas is a small country town with a lot of personality only thirteen miles outside of Fredericksburg. Famous for its authentic southern charm: grab some candy or jerky from the old-fashioned general store, pull up a lawn chair, and listen to some of Texas’ finest banjo and guitar pickers.
