About Dan Brassil
My wife and I have owned and actually lived in Atlantic Beach prior to moving out of the area. It is still our favorite retreat when we find the time to get away for a long weekend.
Dan Brassil purchased this Condo in 2001
Why Dan Brassil chose Beaches
We purchased this property because of the close location to the Ocean as well as the friendly nature of the town.
What makes this Condo unique
You too will fall in love with Atlantic Beach once you have chosen to stay! Every guest has commented that they can't wait to return to such a lovely and friendly environment.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Love the proximity to the beach.
Everything you need is right there, just enjoy!!
Thanks Jacqueline , See you next year.
The owners have tried very hard to make this place comfortable and attractive. Everthing very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable but I had mistakenly thought it was a king and 2 twins but it was a queen. There is no ice maker in the freezer so ice trays are a bit of a bother. Overall we would go again but be aware there is no downstairs bathroom. The owner were very nice to deal with. A small but attractive kitchen had everything you need.
Cozy, convenient, and comfortable...
We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach to see the sunrise. Pool was really nice. The complex was extremely well kept. Look forward to our next visit!
This condo had a very good location for beach and restaurants. Clean & well appointed inside with extras like beach chairs and a boogie board.
Great stay and location!
The condo was clean and very nice. Loved that they had almost everything we would need there: kitchen items, bedding, beach towels, beach chairs, even a bike. The beach is so close! I was able to walk on the beach at sunrise each morning, so beautiful! Also enjoyed the pool a couple times.
This condo is located in a large complex extending about two blocks in length, paralleling the ocean and a block away, although another condo complex largely blocks any ocean view. It is about 8-9 blocks to the Atlantic Beach nightlife area. There is a parking space in front of the condo stairs, although if a large number of vehicles are in the lot, making the turn into the designated spot in a larger (SUV) can be somewhat difficult. The exterior of the complex is not particularly appealing, however the condo itself is nice. It is located on the second floor with external staircase to the entrance. Inside there is another staircase up to the bedroom level on the third floor. The condo feels roomy and is fairly nicely appointed with comfortable beds, two baths located on the same floor as the bedrooms, plenty of closet space and a TV with cable in the master bedroom. WiFi is also provided and worked satisfactorily. There is a smallish living room on the main level with an adequate kitchen that contained sufficient pots, pans, utensils, both prep and eating, and dishes and glasses. The only problem we experienced was water leakage from the dish washer, cause of which was unclear and occurred only once. The provided linens, towels etc. were clean and fresh. There is a sliding glass door leading onto a small balcony from the living room on the east side of the room. The draperies covering that area were fixed in place at the sides of the doors and could not be closed, so the living room became quite warm early in the day with the rising sun. The A/C kept the bedrooms cool, however. Access to the beach is by a public assess at the end of 10th street. There is a nice pool in the complex (which we did not use) not far from the entry stairway. Overall the property served our needs quite satisfactorily and I can recommend it.
