Beautifully stunning property! Can't wait to go back, which I most certainly plan on doing.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The images as displayed on the website are actually what you get in this property, plus even more. I rented the property for my husband's 40th birthday weekend and we had 3 other couples with us, everyone raved about the property. By the end of the weekend we were already planning our return. Hopefully next time our schedules allow for a stay longer then a weekend.

The property is literally just blocks from everything Rehoboth has to offer, including some of the best restaurants i.e. Egg, Dogfish, Dos Locos, Purple Parrot. You can park your car in the driveway and be done with it until it's time to travel home.

Perfect Getaway

Our family of 6 stayed at this beautiful property and we had more than enough room. The home is very welcoming and nicely decorated. While in the home, we spent most of our time in the living room enjoying the fireplace. While we did not cook very much since it was a short stay, the kitchen seemed well appointed and we very much appreciated the Keurig. We loved being able to quickly walk into town to shop or eat. Because it was off season, it was easy to drive and park at the beach, which is what we did. But I think during the summer, we would enjoy just riding our bikes to the beach. While it might be a little long for those who prefer to walk (esp with lots of gear), it is so worth it. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and peaceful! And I can't thank Mikey enough for his quick response to a last minute request. The only problem we had was entirely my fault. I failed to read the welcome packet other than to get the code once we arrived, so I panicked when I realized at 8:30pm that I was supposed to bring my own linens. It was quickly solved by a trip to Walmart and is now a funny story my kids like to laugh about. BUT READ THE WELCOME PACKET BEFORE YOU ARRIVE! ;) We will for sure be back, this time with our stack of new sheets and towels!

loved it again

Six of us escaped for a girls' week-end, as we had a year ago. The home is lovely and easy. The kitchen is well stocked. There are multiple lounging areas, so we had places for reading, chatting, and some extremely fun table games. We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather in February; the yard is also a comfortable retreat. It's easy to walk to town. We look forward to returning next year.

So nice, we booked it twice!

For the past 6 years, a group of friends and myself, go to Rehoboth Beach to connect and celebrate a yearly Dogfish Head event. The last 2 years we have had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house, where the service provided by Andy was top-notch and nothing less of excellent. Both times we booked this location we did so on a very short notice(less than a week) and Andy was still was able to deliver, having everything ready and signed before our check -in time, which was quick and easy. It is worth mentioning, it is located within walking distance from the brewpub(which Andy Provided us a shortcut to) in a very quiet neighborhood. Some of us even had the opportunity to meet neighbors, who were very welcoming and polite. As for the property, it is very spacious with ample room to for sleeping, eating and lounging. The kitchen is well-supplied with appliances that have come in handy for our large Breakfasts and Dinners. The backyard grill however, was still everybody's favorite. Based on my own experience as well as others who constantly thank me for selecting this property, I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Rehoboth Beach area. You will definitely want to come back!

Great Place

This house was really comfortable and very nicely appointed. It's in a decent location so we were able to walk everywhere in town. Would definitely stay here again.
