Sit on your private back patio (all new furniture) or by the refreshing pool at this 2br 2ba, ground floor end unit, furnished Condo, with fresh paint 2017, on the Isle of Capri and watch stunning sunsets over the intercostal waterway, or walk/bike the 2 short blocks to the white sandy beaches of Treasure Island and feel the warm sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico as you listen to the waves breaking onto the shore. Our Complex also has a fishing dock for your enjoyment. You have one assigned parking space, at the front door, with plenty of visitor parking. The spacious Master Bedroom Suite with private TV, has a roomy, in-suite dressing area/double-sided closet and full bathroom shower (new throne and all new hardware) with high vanity. There are ample and colorful linens for the bed and bathroom in the Master suite bath/closet area. The west facing walls in the Master Bedroom and Family Room (with ceiling fans) are floor to ceiling, sliding glass doors. Walk out either door and enjoy the ample space you have on your private patio with a side bar for entertaining, and new electric grill (2016) and table for 6 with canopy to block the sun and plenty of well-maintained lawn to stretch out on. There are 7 beach chairs, 5 beach towels, a cooler on wheels and portable cooler with strap for your enjoyment. This modern furnished non-smoking unit with a new AC unit (2014), offers cable, a new 46" new flat screen SMART TV w/Bluetooth technology and 100 watt sound base w/built in subwoofer in the family room with DVD, internet/wifi and phone, all new washers/dryers (2016) on site, and lots of natural light. The guest bedroom King bed makes into 2 large twin beds for your convenience and offers a desk and chair for office work, a large closet and a large south window for plenty of natural light The guest bathroom offers a tub and shower combo, new throne, all new hardware with plenty of linens. The hall linen closet has plenty of guest bed and bath linens. New linens are bought every 6 months. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, a brand new dishwasher (2016), all new small appliances (2016), a coffee and wine bar, and a walk-in pantry that is fully stocked with just what you need to get you started. Festive plateware and glasses for 10-12 people and a 10-12 piece stainless steel flatware set by Barton and Reed are supplied for your use. The west facing patio looks over the water and extends the entire lenght of this waterfront structure, walk out of your private Master Suite or the family room and view stunning water and water fowl views, as you watch dolphins swim by at your arms length. Boat slips are available to rent through the association for up to a 30-ft boat. Rosselli Park is right across the street and offers walking trails, 2 tennis courts, 2 shuffle board decks, an active baseball field and child/family friendly playground with picnic tables, water fountain and clean public restrooms and the Sun Coast Trolley bus stop. All within walking distance of the condo are the Sun Coast Trolley, John's Pass Village and boardwalk, downtown Treasure Island restaurants, retail and grocery shopping, island bus service, and miles and miles of beautiful sandy white beaches. The walk score is not based on Treasure Island but another community (Seminole) miles from Treasure Island. Everything is within a 0.2 mile to a 1.5 mile distance from our condo. Rooms are carpeted except kitchen, bathrooms and hallways. 60-day Summer and Standard rental rates includes utilities, cable and taxes. A 60-day Winter rental rate includes utilities, cable and taxes. Prices subject to change. A $300.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is assessed to all rentals.
We are avid cyclists, swimmers, hikers, travelers and fun lovers and enjoy a vegan diet. Some of our favorite music is The Grateful Dead and Dylan. My husband is in commercial real estate and I am a singer/songwriter in the band Django Mack and a blue grass group called The Loose Licks Jug Band. My husband and I both grew up in the Deep South but made the San Fransisco Bay area our home. We plan to retire to Treasure Island eventually to this very property and spend our time kayaking, swimming, jogging on the beach, jet skiing, and having family gatherings around the pool and on the beach. We love spending time with our kids and our families and we wanted a place that our kids and grandkids and families could come and just have fun swimming and running up and down the beach.

We really wanted something on the water and as close to the beach as we could get. We fell in love on this beach and when we first talked about getting married, it was to be on this very beach. And we also have family that owns property here. We bought our property lock stock and barrel, sight unseen because we knew what lay ahead, sun, fun, romance and the white sands of Florida. We had fun updating, painting and redecorating our home with you in mind. We wanted a place and a look that invited people to come and stay and feel right at home, with children in mind.
The "as far as you can see" water views off the family room and master suite are stunning and cannot be described by pictures or words. Egrets, cranes and many water fowl hang around in the morning. One of our favorite things to do is sit on the patio as we drink our morning brew and watch the dolphin swim by. Another time to catch them is early afternoon. Our mother Dove hatched her eggs in a special place on our patio. We can walk, just around the corner, 2 short blocks, and be on the beach. The other residents are warm and welcoming and will make you feel like family. And children are a loved here. YOU WILL LOVE IT AND NOT WANT TO LEAVE!!!!!!
We were lucky enough to stay at this condo for feb and mar of 2016. The owners were excellent hosts and fair to us in everyway. Easy to contact and made sure everything was going well. The condo was beautiful well maintained and furnished, roomy and clean. Nicely located on the Isle of Capri a couple of blocks from the hustle of Gulf Blvd but still conveniently within walking distance to the beach. The patio was a great place to spend endless hours enjoying sun the entire afternoon. Only a few steps to the edge of the water and fishing was very relaxing. Nice park across the street with tennis courts and ball field. I enjoyed watching little league action there. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend it very favorably!
Perfect condo location. Condo is literally surrounded by water, pool, tennis courts, awesome playground and a baseball park... Great TV and Internet service. Enjoyed eating outside by the water most!
This property is an ideal location for your winter getaway or anytime for that matter. We found the owners to be very accommodating and super people to deal with. We had booked their condo for three months during the 2016 winter season and after paying the required deposit, we had a change of plans. We explained the situation to the owners who were very understanding indeed and returned our deposit in a very speedy matter. Should we decide to travel to Florida in the future, we would not hesitate to rent this condo if it were available.

Bookings cancelled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund of any and all monies paid to Landlord's. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund of any and all monies paid to Landlord's. Cancellations must be made by 12:00PM CST ( Central Standard Time) on the appropriate day.
Please Note: Cancellations made 59 days prior to the stay date or after, will result in all monies paid to Landlord(s) to be forfeited.
