Terrific Home in a Quiet Area

My husband snores very loudly, so sharing a hotel room is not an option. This was a perfect home for us during our stay recently. We have friends and family in the area, but wanted some privacy and the freedom to come and go as we pleased, so this home was perfect for our needs. Conveniently located in the northwest area of Mesa, close to shopping and restaurants, and an easy drive to Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great condo, Great location

I recently spent a week in the condo and would definitely do so again. Renting it was kind of a shot in the dark, since I knew nothing about the area, but it turned out to be really convenient. Located close, but not to close, to the freeways made getting around very easy. It was a surprisingly quiet area. I was there alone part of week, but felt totally safe. Being able to just pull in the garage was a nice perk. Michael and his wife stopped by one evening to check on us and see we needed anything. The whole experience couldn't have worked out better. I would love to stay there again.

Great Week!

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael's vacation home. The unit was clean and quiet and Michael was very helpful with any of our questions. The unit is around all kinds of shopping and dining and close to the airport and downtown. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to the Phoenix area!

Spacious Condo

Michael the owner was very easy to work with by always responsive in a timely manor to our needs. The 2 bedrooms are good size with lots of closet space for an extended stay.

Location is very convenient to Highways, grocery stores, a variety restaurants, and Cub Stadium.

If you enjoy walking the canal path is about 3/4 mile away.

Pool was not heated during our stay and not sure if it is at other times of the year.

We were there January-February.

Great place

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Mike was very accessible and helpful with any information we needed. We almost daily enjoyed the quiet community pool which was perfect for that AZ heat! Our two small boys enjoyed the private backyard for their morning snacks. We would definitely stay here again.

There are many reasons why I loved my stay here at 1301 W Rio Salado Pkwy. First being the owner really made me feel like I was family. He really cared about my needs and made sure to respond to my calls immediately. With that and how the property is furnished you really feel at home right away. The location of the property is superb! I had easy access to a green belt where I could golf, ride my bike or walk enjoying the lovely weather of Arizona. I also had easy access to multiple highways if I wanted to venture out into town. Everything that I needed was in close proximity which made life easy. Whether I wanted to go to a museum, movie, or sporting event it was all at the palm of my hand. I would sincerely recommend this vacation property to all my friends!
