We are centrally located just 1 1/2 short city blocks from famous Waikiki Beach. Great accommodation for the whole family. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, public transportation and International Market Place, a short

walk to the Honolulu Zoo. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms very updated. The Suite has A/C in both bedrooms and also 3 ceiling fans.

Wireless Internet.

Our spacious unit is 1100 sq. ft. is fully furnished. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, half bathroom and a large walk-in closet and A/C.The sliding door closes off the master/bedroom from the living room The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and A/C.The building has a Fob entrance and buzzer. There is also a resident manager onsite. No pool, but a very short walk to the beach! Free underground parking stall. We are located on the quieter side of the building

Walking distance from many restaurants and shops.

We take 4 people maximum includes children.

No Pool, We Do Have 2 A/C window units and also 3 ceiling fans suite also has a nice breeze when windows are open. Wifi.

Great Condo

I just returned from Hawaii on Jan 26th. This condo was a great place to stay. The owner Candace was available pre-trip for any questions I had. I have never rented from VRBO so was concerned that when I arrived I would not have a place to stay.. I spoke with Candace a few times before my trip which gave me a little peace of mind.

When we arrived the building manager let us in and gave us the keys just as we were promised. The unit was clean and very comfortable and quiet.

The lanai was great we spent each morning and evening out there. The beach chairs and coolers that were provided came in handy when we went to the beach. The location is awesome only about 1.5 blocks from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Worth The Stay

I stayed at this property in July 2016. Both Candace and Janice were very nice and easy to work with. The property was a nice short walk to the beach and shops. 3 of us stayed in the apartment. We we're very happy with the place only a few minor "complaints". There is no AC in the smaller bedroom with the 2 twin beds ... which was like a sauna sleeping in there and we were scared to open the window after Janice telling us how we had to be careful because the windows could fall out ... therefore that bedroom wasn't utilized and our 3rd person had to sleep on the couch in the living room. The AC in the bigger bedroom works great for the big bedroom and living room, but the rest of the apartment (bathroom, small bedroom, kitchen area) was hot. Also the bathroom in the master bedroom was a sliding wooden door that I'm very scared if an older lady or kid went into that bathroom and shut the door they wouldn't be able to get out. I was stuck in there my first day and thank God my boyfriend was able to wiggle the door from the other side to get me out. We figured out a way to lift and push the door while opening and closing, but it definitely needs to be fixed so someone doesn't get locked in there (I will e-mail Candace to recommend this). The apartment was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach supplies etc. which was very nice. I wouldn't recommend using the beach umbrella's they were all pretty old looking and we tried one of them which just kept blowing inside out so we paid for the umbrella's they rent on the beach instead. But their were 2 nice chairs, a boogie board and some pool floats. We actually were given 2 more nice pool floats from someone on the beach, we left at the apartment, hopefully future guests could enjoy them. I agree the hallway and elevator was musty and hot with no air flow, but all in all I would def. rent this place again. I really enjoyed my time there and Candace made it possible by providing us with an affordable apartment. Oh and as for the parking spot, yes it was tight but we rented a jeep wrangler for the week and it fit fine. You do have to know how to maneuver it into the spot good, but I wouldn't necessarily complain about that space (hey it's free parking). The apartment was clean and spacious and I would recommend this place for sure. Thank you so much Candace and Janice for making our stay enjoyable ... I will definitely call you again next time I go visit my sister in Hawaii :)

Owner's Response: Yes Hawaii is hot in July that is for sure, we do however have ceiling fans in each main room and also other fans available and AC in the master bedroom. As of November 2016 we have 2 brand new A/C units one in each bedroom. As for the bathroom door it is fixed a very minor track issue.. The windows do not fall out that was taken out of context as there was a very strong tropical storm and we have slat style windows. The manager was just afraid that the storm being so strong they could slam shut with the force of the wind and possibly fall out. Beach umbrellas are fairly new as are the great Tommy Bahama Costco chairs brand new. We make sure the condo is very well equipped and comfortable for all of our guests and respond to any issue they may have in a very timely manner.

Great place to stay in the heart of Waikiki

If you're looking for a place to stay in Waikiki and can do without the ocean view this is it. Great condo about 1 city block off the beach, within walking distance to a myriad of things. We selected it because of the location and two bedrooms. We were not disappointed. Very good breeze through the second bedroom. I will say the hallway, but not the condo had an odor and as indicated the parking is extremely tight but is included in the price. Candice and Janice the on site manager were both very easy to deal with. One thing I didn't care for was having to throw out food the next guest could have used. I would stay here again in a heartbeat just to not have to deal with the town traffic. Thanks Candice

Owner's Response: Yes parking is small but hey I can get an SUV in there and in the good old days even a Mini Van its all in how you angle it, plus its included! Or as my mom used to say it's all in how you hold your tongue. As for the odor in the hallway I've never experienced that maybe the neighbour was cooking something different that day,,Aloha for now.

A family coming home for the Holidays!

This was a PERFECT place for our family of 4 to stay and come HOME for the Holidays!

We would rebook again in a heart-beat! The condo was just right for entertaining family as well.

Great Away-from-Home Stay

Thank you much for our stay. The condo is nicely decorated with the full range of vacation amenities for a wonderful beach and tourism holiday. A small car parking space is included. The condo owner and on-site property manager were flexible and easy to work with. We were able to maximize our first day enjoyment with an early check in. We're delighted with the accommodations and enjoyed it fully.

very happy

candace was very easy to deal with. upfront and honest. she is very quick to respond. the pics and description of the place and amenties are very accurate. The place is right in the heart of waikiki. If you are renting a car, try to get a compact. The parking space is kinda tight. An SUV will fit, but it really tested my husband's parking skills. But hey, its free! My cousins either stayed in a hotel or rented a different condo, and when we will get together for dinner or to walk around the waikiki strip, they had to pay for parking, but we just left the car and walked. There is a box a/c in the bigger bedroom, but just like in the property description, turn the fan on and open the windows, and the breeze is nice and fresh and cool. I am very glad that I found this posting, it was perfect for my family (we were 5) and we were all very happy with our stay.
