This town home is one of the few Coral Ridge properties right across the street from the Clubhouse. We own this one and another if you have a larger group. You will enjoy being able to walk across the street for access to two large pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, showers, small putting green, kitchen and lounge.
We also have nice outdoor seating on the side courtyard as well as on the back patio. Enjoy grilling outside on the Weber Gas grill with access to a grassy yard.
Our home is completely professionally furnished and everything is brand new. Each bed has total comfort in mind from the mattress to down comforters. Each room has been tastefully decorated and staged for your maximum comfort.
Some of the amenities of the house include; three flat screen smart televisions with cable service, blue tooth capable sound system, DVD player, high speed wireless internet, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, washer and dryer, master bedroom with a king bed walk in closet, master bath, bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with two bunk beds full on bottom twins on top (sleeps 6), 2nd bathroom, luxury bedding, two car garage, alarm clocks in each bedroom with radios, desk/office space and much more.
If you enjoy golfing we are right next door to Coral Canyon Golf Course. Access to golf paths are just up our street. Discounts are provided for staying at Coral Ridge Retreat.
There is also a stocked fishing pond just adjacent to the Coral Ridge Community where you can enjoy fishing right out your door.

Why Charie (Sha-ree) chose Washington
We chose this property because it is conveniently located off the free way and is between Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park which both have lakes to play on. It is also convenient to take day trips to Zions National Park or many of the other canyons in the surrounding area. The house itself is open and has a wonderful layout

We are also located right next to Coral Canyon Golf Course. 'Located in what many call 'Color Country' in St. George, Utah, Coral Canyon's 7,029-yard, par-72 layout provides breathtaking views of Bryce Canyon's snow-capped pink spires in the winter and Zion National Park's green springtime bloom.'

Amazing condo! Perfect get away for families who want quality accommodations.
The condo exceeded expectations. It was in excellent shape and was very comfortable. Charie had everything we needed!
We had a great time in your home. It was beautifully furnished with a great layout and super clean. It was stocked with most necessities, and grocery stores a few minutes away to gear up for our meals. The household instructions were well thought-out to make our stay and check-in/out as smooth as possible. Charie was easy to reach and great to work with!
We loved being so close to the pool and duck pond, and we enjoyed the big grassy backyard. It was nice to be a few miles outside of St George as the city was super busy for spring break. The hiking, swimming and the southern Utah sunshine was a nice getaway for us!
We had such an amazing time staying at the Coral Ridge house. Charie was beyond accommodating and very flexible. She answered my questions and got back to me very quickly. This property had everything we needed and more. I personally loved having a big kitchen, laundry and room to move around. It is hard being in a hotel room with a big family for days on end :) The pools, hot tubs, and bunk beds were the highlight of the weekend for the kids. We are already planning our next trip back here. I can't recommend this property enough! We will be back.
We have been coming to the St George area for the past 20 years. It was great to stay outside of St George and the crowds.
The location of the property was great.
We were able to do all we wanted to. Mountain biking, hiking, golfing and close to St George to be with family.
The best part of the condo.........Was the beds!!! So Comfortable.

Awesome location and stay!
Our stay was wonderful! The townhouse is lovely with everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. The location is so convenient to all of the things we wanted to do which included Sand Hollow and Zions. The swimming pools and backyard provided hours of family fun. We would definitely stay again!
