I have a private, quiet & elegantly furnished luxurious guest/suite. It is large, loft like and as comfortable as home. It is a perfect spot for everything you need and anywhere you want to go in Santa Monica. It a safe, quiet and in very convenient area. And my place is licensed by the city for short term rentals (which are otherwise not legal in Santa Monica) and I comply with all local laws.

One recent guest, best described it as... "it feels like being at a hotel but also at a friend's or family's house". Another experienced VRBO'er shared..."it was better than expected and the nicest we ever stayed in...it had everything we needed to be comfortable"!

Walk to everything - no need for a car -- Great restaurants, Beach, The Santa Monica Pier, The Promenade, 3rd Street, Venice, Main Street, Farmers Markets, "locals only" new Wilshire Boulevard great restaurant options, Montana Blvd., Broad Theatre/Stage, UCLA Hospital - Everything is easy by walking, biking or taking an UBER/Taxi or Bus!....

What makes this apartment unique

I have a license to rent short term and long term. This is a requirement in Santa Monica. While not the lowest cost, I provide the best amenities and a value for the money that few else can deliver. Read the reviews! They are objective and real and all 5 star. If you are like me, I am picky about where I would stay and maintain that standard for my guests!

Couldn't ask for a more perfect experience!

Scott was the most gracious host! Not only was the home extremely clean, comfortable and in the perfect location, Scott went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and that we experienced all of the wonderful things Santa Monica has to offer. We stayed with our one year old daughter and the house is even perfectly equipped for children! I highly recommend this for anyone! 5+ stars!

Look No Further This is it!

We searched long and hard to find a place suitable for us and our small children (2 months and 2.5 years). We needed a few amenities to feel at home along with a location that was within walking distance to where we wanted to be. Scott's house, i guarantee will fulfill your every need. The large living space is a great space to flop after a long day at the beach or wandering the beautiful farmers markets and streets of Santa Monica. We even had friends over for a BBQ one night and sat at the beautiful dining room table. We would often take the bus between SM and Venice with the kids as our little one loved the experience and it was very convenient. Scott was there for our every need: best places to go, eat, walk, beach etc. He left us little gifts each day, including berries, fresh tomatoes straight from the market, out of this world doughnuts from Side Car (must go), and delicious chocolate treats. Oh and how could i forget the wine on arrival as well. We are already dreaming of returning to California and our son had tears in his eyes leaving behind his 'California house" and Scott's adorable three dogs. Enjoy this special place: of all the places we've traveled, this one will always be tops in our hearts.

What a find! Amazing host.

Aside from the great location in a quiet neighborhood, short walk to Santa Monica Pier, terrific restaurants, and short drive to the 10. The real joy here is staying in a sparking clean apartment with all the amenities you could ever want or need. Scott is friendly, personable and seems to have a sixth sense as to what would make our stay even better. We loved that we were able to get our daily dog fix thanks to his extremely well behaved dogs Bubbles, Walter and Lucy. The apartment was spotless, beds comfy, shower delightful, huge bright bathroom and although we did not cook, the kitchen was so well equipted we could have hosted a party. If you're going to visit LA for business or pleasure, look no further, book this now, thanks Scott, we look forward to seeing you next time!

Beautiful, charming accommodation conveniently located in Santa Monica

We really enjoyed our stay over the Easter weekend. Our hosts were very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The place itself is beautiful, with many thoughtful touches, including some welcome treats when we arrived. It was spotlessly clean, and the location can't be beat, close (but still very private/quiet) to all the action of Santa Monica. We enjoyed strolling the promenade with coffees in the morning and soaking if the ambience. Great for a sister's weekend. Thanks Randi and Scott!!
