Why Buddy or Heidi Holmes chose St Simons Island

St Simons Island, and the Village in particular, are not like any other beach community. Huge Oak trees draped in Spanish Moss and Resurrection Ferns canopying the streets and many bike paths. Enjoy fresh off the boat seafood at fine Village restaurants and enjoy the unique Village shopping, park, lighthouse, museum, beach and swimming pool.

What makes this house unique

Easy 5 minute stroll down an oak tree canopied, Magnolia Street to the village with all its activities in a very friendly community.
