Newly constructed Seafare at Cinnamon Shore is a 3 bedroom plus loft/bedroom (4th bedroom) with 4 bathrooms. Seafare is located a block from the beach and between the two beautiful Cinnamon Shore pools. From the four separated covered porches decorated with fun multi-colored recycled chairs (each individual porch with a Sonos sound system), to the high end downstairs open living/dining and kitchen gathering areas as well as the upstairs additional living and bedroom arrangements, the home is a perfect place to spend quality time at the beach.

The home features a wall mounted IPad which in addition to internet access, controls Sonos audio system allowing audio system both inside and outside the home. The living room, master bedroom and all porches have audio generated from the Sonos system (it's awesome). The living room has a swivel wall mounted 55" HD Smart TV with DVR and direct internet access as well as a Sonos soundbar and subwoofer for surround sound. This TV can be viewed from both the living and dining area, making this a great game day location! With 6 HD Smart TV w/cable TV, an Xbox 360, and a Sonos audio system as well as the high speed internet, the home is perfect for entertaining or enjoying with the family.

Downstairs is the main living and dining areas with a fully equipped upgraded kitchen. Living has two sofas (one is a queen sleeper) and additional seating with a 55" HD Smart TV w/sound bar w/Direct TV/DVR. Through a wall mounted IPad, the Sonos controlled audio sound system sends your selected audio to the living/dining as well as to each of the four separate porches (both downstairs and upstairs). The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a separte ice maker, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and a huge granite prep/breakfast bar/island with 8 barstools made of reclaimed barn wood. The locally made custom dining table features six chairs and an additional custom bench for a total of 16 seats at the bar/table. Extensive natural wood siding and an abundance of windows make this the perfect area to hang out before or after a fun filled day at the beach. The 1st floor also features a full bath w shower with access through the home to an outside shower which is perfect for rinsing off after a busy day at the beach or pool. Seafare is equipped with an outside gas grill. Enjoy outside dining while you listen to the full audio system on the porches.

The wood floored 2nd floor features the three bedrooms, three bathrooms as well as another living area with a futon sofa (queen sleeper) and additional seating. The large master bedroom (king bed) w/ master bathroom has a private entrance to the upstairs front porch. Two additional bedrooms (a queen bedroom with private access to the side upstairs porch) and a bunk room with two bunks (4 twin beds)) share a Jack and Jill bathroom arrangement w large shower. The 4th bathroom (located on the second floor) is located off the second living area and has a full tub/shower. Each bedroom and the upstairs living are equipped with 40' HD Smart TVs w/CableTV and the TV in bunk room has Xbox 360.

The 3rd floor loft is a cute small open loft with two twin beds and is super fun for the kids or young adults. It has a 32" HD Smart TV w/Cable TV as well. Its my son's favorite room!

In addition to the six HD Smart TVs w/CableTV and the Sonos audio system in living/dining and all four porches, Seafare has high speed wireless internet access on all levels. Each TV is directly wired to the internet.

As Seafare sits on a corner lot, there is ample parking. Both streets have on-street parking and Seafare has a two car private carport as well.

Also provided are a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys/sand sculpting supplies. Inventory and condition, of course, will fluctuate but we check periodically to see whats still in working shape and we periodically replace as necessary.

Cinnamon Shore is the newest and most exclusive beach-front resort community in Texas. This community is located just a few minutes outside of Port Aransas on a large stretch of well maintained beach. The Cinnamon Shore community has two private boardwalks to the beach (golf cart accessible), two pools (one which is heated in off season), stocked fishing lakes w/a boardwalk, and two on-site restaurants (Lisabella's for dinner and The C-Bar at the Dunes Pool for breakfast, lunch and happy hour). Golf cart, bicycle, and umbrella and chair rentals are located on site. Walkers/runners are typically seen in the Cinnamon Shores community and of course, the beach is a joy to wake up to or end the day with a run/walk.

You will love the property. Its a great vacation home. The house was designed and furnished to accommodate large groups, family, couples, and family groups. Its kid friendly yet completed in a grown up kinda way. Our cleaning crew are amazing and thoughtfully keep the home in top shape. We have tried to include everything needed in a vacation rental. About Cinnamon Shore Rentals

We love the ocean. Everything about it. We are from Austin and we own a vacation home in Rockport as well as an additional condo in Cinnamon Shore. Spending so much time in Rockport with the family of course led to mini trips to the beach. It wasn't until friends from Austin invited us to vacation at Cinnamon Shore that we realized the awesomeness of the area and the CS community. We immediately set our sights on owning our own home there and providing a vacation home for all to enjoy. I run on the beach everyday that I spend at Seafare! Its a great way to start the day.

Cinnamon Shore is a well thought-out master community. The neighborhood is safe and fun. We picked this home due to its corner location, four porches and downstairs open living/dining (which we really like). I was able to pick out all the finishes as well as all the fixtures/lighting, room colors, furnishings, etc. It was fun! I still bring in unique artist work as I run across them. The 4 bathrooms have certainly come in handy as well as our kids insist on bringing friends each time we visit...and with 4 kids ranging from 9 to 19...we enjoy the big house in a big way! In March (2015), we even entertained at dinner 18 spring breakers from Texas State University! Ten pounds of local caught shrimp later...they left happy!

The separate porches are awesome at any time of the day. The HD Smart TVS and the Sonos audio provide amazing video and sound at the home. The quality of the finishes throughout the home and upgraded kitchen are very nice to enjoy.
