Come to Marco Island and enjoy our clean and updated 3 bedroom condo. The property is located in the South Beach area of Marco. The unit is an end unit and is bright and open and you will have views from three sides.

We purchased our home in 2014 and most of the condo is new. Each year we try and make improvements to make our home a better place. Some of the things you will find when you arrive is, all new appliances, new tile on the front and back lania's, new outside tables and chairs, remodeled bathrooms, new master mattress, new towels and linens, 4 new TV's, new Lazy Boy recliner sofa, new Dining Room table and chairs, and new desk with charging station. Every room has been painted and you will not find a cleaner condo.

On the property there is a heated swimming pool and tennis court. The property is quiet and well kept with easy access in and out. We are on the second floor and you have the choice of using the stairs or there is an elevator.

The unit is located within a 3-4 minute walk to south beach access or the Marriott Vacation Club access. Down the street about 5 minutes are many restaurants, a movie theater, and mini putt putt.

Marco Island is a quiet place that is just a short drive to many restaurants, shopping, and many local attractions. It is located 45 minutes from Southwest International Airport or 2 hours from Ft Lauderdale International Airport.

The condo is fully equipped and we have tried to provide you with all the amenities that you would want in your home. Just bring your personal needs, come and relax. Why stay in a 1 room hotel for twice the price.

About The Owner

We live in upstate NY where we have long cold winters. We were looking to buy a place in Florida and looked in many locations from Jacksonville south. The moment we drove over the bridge bringing us into Marco Island, we knew this was the place we wanted to be. The tropical atmosphere, and the quaintness of this hidden escape only added to our attraction. We are excited to share this with you! Our condo is decorated with the beauty of the area in mind while trying to make it homey as well.

Why The Owner chose Marco Island

We purchased this property because it had everything we were looking for. Getting to the beach can be hard in Marco. You can walk 4 minutes to 2 different public beach entries. The unit is located on the second floor and is an easy walk up or down with out using the elevator. There is no security gate which makes coming and going a breeze. The complex is quiet, safe and easy to move around in. The pool is heated and very nice.

What makes this condo unique

You will not find a cleaner condo in the Essex. We work very hard to make sure it is clean and a place that any guest will feel very comfortable in while they are there. We make new improvements to the condo every time we go there.

My wife & I have stayed at the Essex before. This was the first time in a 3 bedroom & we were thrilled with the place! Being that it is an end unit it has a back porch type feel as (before) you enter with an outdoor table & chairs to eat at along with 2 other deck chairs. The screened in lanai off the family room is consistent with all the Essex properties. Everything we needed was available. Beach chairs etc., were provided in the shed by the covered parking space. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants & South Beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit has been updated with appliances & remodeled bathrooms. Mike & Liz were great hosts; not getting frazzled with my 2 unnecessary calls. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Best vacation we ever had! We walked across the street every morning and went to the beach using Mike's chairs, umbrellas, and four-wheeled cart. Our children loved the clean white sand and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and the condo is extremely clean. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could possibly need and the living room furniture is very comfortable. We swam and played water polo in the heated pool every night. This location and this condo is fantastic.

We loved our stay at this Essex condo. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed. The condo has been recently renovated with comfortable beds, nice tile floors in the kitchen and the living and dining room. The bedroom carpets looked new. The kitchen and bathrooms are renovated and beautiful. There wasn’t anything negative about the condo. We liked the beach cart with chairs. It made the short walk to the beach easier. Our visit was the best trip to

Marco we’ve had so far. Staying in such a nice place made the trip more enjoyable. I would recommend this condo.

Hidden Treasure

This three bedroom condo unit is outstanding, it is clean, airy, large with all the amentities you could need and impeccably decorated from something out of home and garden. Short walk to beach, has a nice pool, plenty of parking, short walk to shops and restaurants. Has front and back lanai's. Definetly need a return visit to this unit. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay.

What a wonderful place to stay! So much love and thoughtfulness has been put into this condo, and we absolutely loved staying here. Enjoyable time at Marco

Great location, clean place, very roomy, quiet facilities, close to the beach and walking distance to town. The owner was very accommodating and had a great set up with a cart that we could use to bring chairs to the beach, provided by owner. We'd stay here again.
