About Cheryl Soloway
Tucson is my home. I've been involved with photography and art since graduating from university. Now in semi-retirement I'm a nature lover and avid hiker taking time out to explore the desert, canyons, and mountains. The Sonoran desert is alive with flora and fauna. The Sunrise and Sunsets can provide a canvas of exploding colors with no two alike. It's a joy to be a desert dweller.
Cheryl Soloway purchased this Townhome in 2009

It’s my second time here, and I love the location. Very quiet but close to Sunrise and La encontada.
Cheryl takes immaculate care of the townhouse. It’s very comfortable with all the needs supplied for weeks or a month! Wonderful view. Everything is perfect!
This townhouse was one of the best vacation rentals we have had in Tucson (and we've had some very good ones). It was clean, well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom necessities, and very well-located. The owner handled the entire transaction with great professionalism. We would definitely rent it again! Oh, and did I mention that the view of the foothills from the back patio and windows were spectacular?!?!?
Best backyard view
Clean, plenty of room, perfect location! Helpful, accommodating landlord.
Wonderful condo in an excellent Tucson location
We had a great vacation staying at this condo. It has everything you could ask for. Lovely unobstructed views of the Catalina mountains, steps to the community pool, great location to upscale shopping, great restaurants, hiking, biking You couldn't ask for more!
Catalina Foothills Townhouse
The location is perfect, being close to the fine supermarket at the ritzy mall, close to Finger Rock Park trailheads and not so far from Sabinho National Park. The best place for mountain bike riding would be Catalina State Park which is a few miles North on 77 but the Catalina location is preferable to Oro Valley. An AZ Public Trust Lands Permit is needed for longer rides in the state park, and is only available from the AZ State Dept of Lands in Phoenix, for $15. I did not have time to get the permit and mostly rode to Brewd Cafe on Sabinho Canyon Road. The bicycle lanes on Sunrise are very well designed and marked, but heavy traffic hours are best avoided.
The townhouse is very quiet, spacious and excellently furnished. It would be very cool in summer, so for our January stay we needed the central heating which worked just fine.
Again, we are very happy to rate the townhouse *****
Vibrant desert flora and fauna make the Catalina Foothills an excellent choice for hiking, desert photography, bird watching, or just winding down from the fast pace of modern life. Sunrise and sunset are magical times when colors splash across the horizon and cast magical hues on the mountains and clouds. For those who seek additional stimulation there is a wide array of activities available in the area from horseback riding, desert jeep exploration, and skiing on top of Mt. Lemmon in the winter. There are many desert golf courses in the vicinity with some of the most spectacular desert scenery imaginable. Five minute walk to Tucson's most elegant shopping and dining at La Encantada. The area has over 300 days of magnificent blue sky each year. Waking up to the sound of chirping birds and bathing in the light of radiant sunshine will capture your heart and soothe your soul.
