Recently renovated unit that sits steps away from slopes at the top of the mountain. The location is excellent for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. The unit features hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, stocked Keurig drink maker. The Master bedroom includes queen bed and private bath, second bedroom includes one bunk bed set and a queen bed. There is a pull-out sofa that sleeps two as well. The location is excellent with the immediate access to the Upper Dobie area of Wintergreen Mountain and view of the Blue Ridge Express ski lift from the patio. Dobie Mountain condominiums are the most sought location on the mountain, with excellent access to the slopes, restaurants and shopping at the Mountain Inn., all within walking distance The Unit number is 319 Dobie and the location is just off Diamond Hill Drive.

We chose the Dobie condominium due to the excellent location within walking distance to all amenities at Wintergreen. The ski in ski out feature was a must for us, with the ability to come and go from the unit to the slopes throughout the day.

Great Location

My husband and our two teens stayed here for a quick mountain getaway. It was a beautiful place with a great location. The owner is very easy to work with and really has everything you need. If you are coming to ski you can't beat the location. For the summer a bit more driving to activities but fantastic views. The only challenge I have is that nothing is included from a resort amenity perspective. As a member guest you get access to facilities but you still have to pay to use them. Activities run an extra $150 for a family of 4 depending on what you do. Renting through VRBO vs. the actual resort denies you the opportunity to purchase the mountain pass. Just something important to know if you are planning.

Very convent and Well maintained and stocked home

First I wanted to thank Brian Johnson for accomodating our request. He was easy to work with.

His condo was clean, well stocked, and everything worked as it should. The furniture is comfy and in good condition. (Although the fire place needs some attention) We were a group of 4 seniors who have rented this unit before, which is why we returned. Previously our nephew and his twin sons stayed at this unit. We enjoyed a great visit to the mountain. Getting to the unit from the parking lot and getting to the slope from the unit is very easy. We will return to this unit. Bring yr own shower soap. Thank you Brian!
