This 1,500 sq foot condo is located on the third floor with direct views of the ocean.. step in to our private balcony, sit down and watch the cruise ships sail by. This 2BR, 2 full bath features granite counter tops throughout. The gourmet kitchen includes 'Profile' stainless steel appliances, microwave, fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster & blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. dishes. glasses, bowls, cooking utensils, etc. Unit includes a washer/dryer, iron, DVD's, Blueray, Bluetooth Bose speaker, beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach towels. Relax in the living room and sink into our Italian leather sofa. Our dining area is designed in soothing colors of the Caribbean. The master bedroom features a King Mattress. The 2nd features a Queen bed. All rooms have AC. We also have an electric twin blow up bed available: 39' X75'X18 1/2'

If traveling with children, we supply a soft sided portable crib and highchair.

The condo may also be rented as a 1 BR/ 1 BA at 15% off listed rates (May - December 15th only).

We love St Maarten's weather, their great beaches and warm clean water. We have rented and owned in St Maarten for the last fifteen years. Our oceanfront condo has many upgrades and the view from our terrace is spectacular. We hope you like it as much as we do.

We chose this property because of it's location and the relaxed feeling it has. Nothing beats being ocean front! Cupecoy and Mullet Bay are my favorite beaches...just steps away. Numerous restaurants and a casino are a block away. Best location on the island, we hope you feel the same way.

We are at Rainbow Beach Club several months of the year, so if are in need of anything during your stay,we are there to assist. You can always reach us by email or phone as well.

We have stayed at a number of places on the island......the incredible ocean view, security, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, high end furnishings,private beach, easy pool access, beach chairs and umbrellas, sunsets every night, and again, the fabulous views from the apartment. Will definitely be back!!

Sun and Fun

This is our second stay at this oceanfront condo. We chose to come back here because we loved the comfort and beauty of this spot. The condo met all of our needs. It is bright, roomy, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. We enjoyed the beautiful private beach which also has shade for those who need to protect themselves from the sun. The location is great. Mullet Beach is within walking distance as well as great restaurants and the casino. It is only ten minutes from the airport. The staff at the complex were very friendly and accommodating. We loved sitting on our balcony sipping coffee or wine, watching boats and ships go by!

Sadly Disappointed

We had a nice vacation in St. Martin, but were disappointed with the condition of the Rainbow Beach Club, and also this rental unit. When we arrived (a day after our rental started) the condo was not cleaned or ready for us. The condo was never cleaned and we needed to purchase many of the items that were to be included -- soap, tissues, etc. Also, many of the items in the condo were broken, including iPod docking station, lights, beach umbrellas, etc. There was also an ant problem in the condo, and a general need for new caulking in the showers. Lastly, there was no gym on the property, and 2 of the 3 pools are not usable. The one has a leak so they don't run the filter, and the other has a broken filter so they use PVC piping around the pool to try and filter it. Dan offered his apologizes, and wanted to send in his local contact to fix the many problems but we decided to not have construction in the unit while we were trying to enjoy our vacation. I feel badly, but I can not recommend this unit.

The apartment was lovely, just as billed.

This property on the road between the airport and Cupecoy Bay is in a great location, quiet but close to restaurants and town. It was immaculately clean, nicely furnished and very well appointed with excellent air conditioning, lovely pools that were cleaned daily, cable TV with hundreds of channels, excellent appliances, good internet, and copious towels and other amenities. It is very well sound proofed, so even when there were people down by the pool (much of the time we had it to ourselves) it was perfectly quiet in the apartment. The view from the apartment is spectacular. Daniel communicated regularly and well. The parking deck has a nice little bridge that brings you a few feet from the apartment. There is good security, both at the entrance gate and on the grounds. The property is easy walking distance to the Starz Casino complex which has excellent restaurants - it is also a few hundred yards from the medical school which we were visiting. We could not have asked for more and left very satisfied.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

My family and I rented Dan's condo for 9 days. It was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures posted on Very spacious and exquisitely decorated. 2 minute drive to beautiful Mullet Bay Beach and a quick 25 minute drive to Orient Beach on the French side of the island. Also a quick 5 minute drive to the restaurants in Maho and Porto Cupecoy. It was extremely nice of Dan to let us use his beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. Condo is stocked with beautiful glassware in the kitchen. My family and I will definitely be renting Dan's beautiful condo again. Before we arrived Dan emailed us very detailed information about recommended restaurants, grocery stores, things to do and rental car companies close by.

Great location!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a 7 night stay. Condo is exactly as described, great ocean and pool views. We felt the location was the best on the island, definitely glad we stayed on the Dutch side. Many different restaurants to walk to or a short drive for any other needs. Very nice quiet beach just a few hundred feet away and a short walk to possibly the best beach on the island(Mullet beach). Would definitely stay here again if we return.

Perfect vacation in Paradise

We have been coming to the island for over 25 years and have stayed in many condo's. We would rate this as one of the best. The condo was very comfortable, well furnished and the view was spectacular. The parking was so close with easy access to the unit.The location is just perfect!!! right on Cupecoy beach and so close to Mullet. The restaurants across the street at Starz Casino were so convenient for the nights we didn't feel like driving. Dan went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed and we very much appreciated it. We will definitely try to book this unit again
