This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath town home features terrific views of the sparkling beach. The top-level master suite offers a king bed, private bath, and opens onto the deck. The queen bedroom also opens onto the deck, and both share great views. The open living/dining/kitchen area features direct access to the beach, and a wonderful Gulf view to enjoy as you share a home-cooked family meal. The sleeper sofa provides room for two more weary heads at the end of a day of sand and sun. In the evening, enjoy stargazing from the deck, or other entertainment options include multiple TVs/DVD/VCRs, and a stereo. Sorry, the fireplace is unavailable.

Location was great
The location was great. The townhouse needs some repairs. The cable did not work in any of the bedrooms and the tile in the maater bathroom was literally coming up and off the floor as you walked on it. We loved the fact that you could walk out the back door and the beach was right there. The parking was great. The washer and dryer needed replaced and it was all completed prior to our arrival. Great place to stay overall.

Nice Property - but no air conditioning
The property is a beautiful location, right on the ocean. The interior is in relatively good shape. The air conditioning did not function at all (and we were given a partial refund). The burner on the stove did not work but a repairman fixed it promptly.
Hi Mr. Alexander, Our sincere apologies for the air conditioning. This should have been repaired before your arrival, and it is very unlike us to have missed that. The unit has been replaced, and the unit will be cool and pleasant for future guests.

Walk your dog on the beach (bring your own dog), rent kayaks, charter fishing boats, or wave runners. Visit delightful Apalachicola & dine on the best oysters & seafood in the States. Rent bikes. Sorry, no Putt-Putt on the Island--you'll need to go across the bridge to East Point for that. No Water Parks. Not much noise either! Lots and lots of stars in the sky. Quietness. Relax & do nothing at all. Peacefullness. Great restaurants, fishing or birdwatching (bring your own gear.)
