Located in Bldg #1, 5th floor, middle unit, built in 2006, This exquisite Condo offers a spacious 1,590 total square feet (w/Lanai), very nice (2) Bedroom with 3rd BR/Den/Ofc can be used as a Den/Office with comfy couch or Bed Rm w/Double foam & padded mattress as pull out, has drawers for clothes and hanging rod. Nice view of the gulf coast from front with private beach access, and beautifully furnishings throughout! Condo provides a 48" HDTV with Digital Cable, Blue Ray DVD, WiFi Internet, private Washer and Dryer, Beach Chairs & Beach Towels, and a Porta Crib on site for the toddler. Building has a full access Elevator and ample guest parking. Enjoy the heated Resort style Pool and Spa, Fitness room and Tennis Courts and be within a few minutes walking distance to many great shops and restaurants at Santini Plaza, nearby you can enjoy the Fishing Pier and Biking/Walking trails in the Bay Beach community. We were very happy with our stay in Fort Myers Beach. We have two young children that enjoyed the pool, beach and lots of room to play. We also appreciated the extras that were included playpen, highchair, pool toys etc. Daniel was a great host and often check in and ensured we had everything we needed prior and during our stay. Great vacation!

Great Location...Peaceful,Close to anything you wanted to do.We did them all.

Great Place to stay Dan made us feel very Welcomed. Location to one of the best parts of the beach. We just loved everything, never was able to squeeze in time for the pool or hot tub. We just had a remarkable time with the other couples we went with.We plan on going back!

The condo was great for our vacation.. geat location, comfortable and the pool was wonderful

The place is perfect for our family... only suggestion for improvement would be to have it better stocked with cleaning supplies, dryer sheets, etc. Great location - not crowded on this end of the island - beach was pristine and beautiful... close walk to the Whyndam tiki bar which was a lot of fun for kids and adults. We will look to stay at one of Dan's condos again!

Well maintained.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's large and generally in good shape. There were some linens and towels that could use replacement but that was the only issue. One thing I would suggest to the owner is adding lighting to the living room. The few table lamps with dark shades dont give off enough light. An overhead fixture would really help. And if you like staying out of the car the location is PERFECT. Walk to the beach, to the small shopping plaza and their 7 restaurants, to the daily fruit and veggie stand, to the spa and the movies. Even a drug store right near by. Only reason to get into a car is the grocery. We enjoyed our month and expect you will also.

Beware Of Owner

Not very impressed with owner. He will go in without notifying you first. Also will bill for anything he possibly can or will make up charges.

I have included the following information to support this. As I seen before where he tried to say he didn't do the above.

"Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6 + 1 Toddler)"

We did have 1 extra child that stayed for 2 nights. Most of our trip we booked 2 separate condos, only for the last 2 nights did our group get together. But instead of charging for the one extra person for 2 nights. He charged for 2 extra people for the entire duration. Again he won't mention this.

"Marks on tables from not using coasters, scratch on lamp in 3rd BR, additional wash/cleaning, red and green sticky candy all through the kitchen on floor and other areas"

Coasters were breakable, and we put them out of reach of a 2yr old. There were no water marks. Have no clue what a scratch to a lamp is but I'm sure he likes to charge this to others as well. Red/Green sticky candy. We didn't have any candy. Also considering that we ate out every meal, we really didn't use the kitchen other than for some snacks.

Be careful when you rent from this guy. He does go into the property, and will make any excuse for it.

Owner's Response: My Response: The guest is angered by a deduction in the damage deposit due to the number of guests not being reported correctly, and the condition of the condo after departure. All condo associations on FMB have rules of course, just as this one does. Duncan failed to comply by those rules and reported false information. We never enter a unit without notice, the guest was notified by email and by text that tools had accidentally been left and needed to be retrieved, the guest did not respond and this was indicative of all communications with Duncan prior to his check in. In fact I had to withhold the check in information until he complied with providing the condo associations renter requirement information at the very last minute. In the email dialog with Duncan after the deposit refund (most of the refund was returned!) I asked him to call me and discuss the situation as I knew he was upset, but he elected not to do so and instead wrote the review. Please consider reading all the 4 and 5 star reviews posted on me and this condo! Frankly in after thought the amount withheld from Duncan's deposit is hardly worth it considering. Unfortunately not all guests follow rules and/or take good care.

Very good location and a nice condo.

After a little problem at the beginning of our stay the problem itself was solved within 20 hours but it took two days to finish the unpleasant conversation via mail with Dan. It ended with an apology from Dan what we honestly appreciated and thereafter we started to enjoy the vacation very much. The condo was in a good shape and at a perfect location. It is really easy to cross the street to take the short walk to the bach. The kids loved the pool and the very nice and warm weather made the holidays perfect. The sofabed in the den should be used by a single person only as the mattress is relatively thin and a bit bent to the middle, so my little daughter and me always met in the middle. Nevertheless the condo is nice and spacious and it is no problem to use it with up to 5 to 6 persons.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the review Alexandra. In response to the "unpleasant conversation by mail" , this was related to the electronic lock. Alexandra notified me at 10 PM Friday after they checked in that she could not get the door to lock from the outside, however there's a dead bolt from the inside to secure the condo and as well the building entrance is always locked and secure. Further the condo electronic lock had worked properly just a few hours prior to Alexandra's arrival so I thought it was human error and would have my assistant check it in the morning and show them how to use. Unfortunately that night I was rushing to catch a plane because my brother was on his death bed in Pittsburgh, I had my assistant check the lock at 9AM the following morning for proper operation and it was faulty, I had the lock fixed (2) hours later by 11AM on Saturday the same day, the repair was accomplished in less than 24 hours after notice. I'm very much saddened if/when a guest is unhappy for whatever reason, but I admit that I cannot please every guest to their specific expectations, there were other very minor items such as a broken beach toy that this guest complained about, I don't believe there was any way to please her, but I tried even while in the middle of difficult personal issue. She never mentioned the sofa bed to me but had she I would have asked her if the 2" mattress cover was on the bed, which it was not as my cleaning crew told me so, this cover adds much comfort to the bed. There are many other reviews of me as I have five condo's here on FMB, mostly all five star whereas my guest often mention me by name and my efforts to make their stay pleasant and without aggravation, please read the 4/5 star reviews, thank you.

Walk across the street and you're at the beach! And (10) minute walk up the road at the Holiday Inn (all are welcome) is the largest and best beach on the island with an awesome Tiki Bar/Restaurant on the beach with great live music (oldies/blues/country) during dinner hours and sunset, lots of fun! Many night life bars and restaurants, lots of fresh fish, all within ten minute walk.

Lovers Key Park is a 10 minute drive south of the Condo, great beach, amenities, playground for the kids, walking trails, beautiful landscape and wildlife!!

A 10 minute drive north to the top of the island is the fishing pier and lots of fun activities.

There is the awesome Ft Myers’ Beach Tram to get you to all the popular locations without having to drive your car, $0.50 for the ride, and leaves every 40 minutes, you can take your bikes and other sports items, this trolley is an easy, fun, and inexpensive way to get around on Fort Myers Beach, FL.
