Located outside of the windy zone in historic Sunmor Estates, the Easmor Alexander has convenient access to the airport and rental cars (with surprisingly infrequent and minimal air traffic noise, because it's not in the flight path). Please see our reviews.

This 1958 gem was personally renovated by the owners in 2014 to bring it back its original architectural design with modern upgrades throughout.
Step inside to an open-concept home with post-and-beam vaulted ceilings and a whole living room wall of brand new windows and shades that overlook the pool, private patio, and San Jacinto Mountains.
All three bedrooms have comfortable beds and linens, large, bright windows, alarm clocks, bedside lamps, and portable fans. The master is on suite, with shower and tub, and has a 32-inch flatscreen TV (not connected to cable but equipped with an AppleTV) and poolside access. Both bathrooms have been completely updated with new vanities and upgraded original showers and bath.
The home was built in 1958 by the Alexander Construction Company who's premier midcentury modern architects were William Krisel and Daniel Palmer.

Centrally located the “wind-free” zone, less than 2 miles to downtown Palm Springs. Minutes from the Palm Springs airport and dining. Beautiful mid-century homes all around the bike-friendly, walkable neighborhood. View the Tram Station light at night from the backyard and perhaps even fireworks on the 4th of July (check the local fireworks schedule)!
The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed. Palm Springs has strict sound ordinances that prohibit outdoor amplified sound. Review with management for clarifications.

Relaxation at it’s best
Clean, spacious, atrractive home with wonderful outdoor space we enjoyed daily. The supplies for kitchen, bath and pool were well thought out and plentiful. We would go back again.

Great place - definitely recommended
My family rented this beautiful home the week of Christmas. We loved the property and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was fantastic and private. Scott made the check in and checkout process super easy. The deposit was refunded right on time (which was great because I normally have to remember to chase down). Well run property that we will book again.
Nicely furnished and stocked house- fun!
Our family of six adults and one baby had a wonderful time at this house and look forward to returning. It’s in a great location in a neighborhood so close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. Nice that there are some trees surrounding the yard giving shade. The street behind the house is a little noisy, but amazing that you won’t hear the airport at all. Highly recommended!
There is so much to love. It started with our experience with Relax-Palm Springs/Scott Fields and his staff. Communication was always professional, warm, and timely. Scott and his team were completely accessible throughout our entire stay if we needed them or had any questions. The home was classic Palm Springs, but modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. All our needs were anticipated from conveniences (kitchen accessories, beach towels, etc..) to entertainment (conversation areas, bocce, outside grill, hot tub, etc..). We were even provided suggestions and a map of the area to get us started. It was a completely different vacation having the privacy of our own home and pool.
Thank you Scott, the Relax team, and the homeowners for a wonderful experience. We look forward to our next visit!
Property was comfortable for 3 couples. Excellent set up. Easy to roll out of bed and go swimming! Kitchen nice appointed. We had a freaky wind storm though!
