This 1958 gem was personally renovated by the owners in 2014 to bring it back its original architectural design with modern upgrades throughout.
Step inside to an open-concept home with post-and-beam vaulted ceilings and a whole living room wall of brand new windows and shades that overlook the pool, private patio, and San Jacinto Mountains.
All three bedrooms have comfortable beds and linens, large, bright windows, alarm clocks, bedside lamps, and portable fans. The master is on suite, with shower and tub, and has a 32-inch flatscreen TV (not connected to cable but equipped with an AppleTV) and poolside access. Both bathrooms have been completely updated with new vanities and upgraded original showers and bath.
The home was built in 1958 by the Alexander Construction Company who's premier midcentury modern architects were William Krisel and Daniel Palmer.

View the Tram Station light at night from the backyard and perhaps even fireworks on the 4th of July (check the local fireworks schedule)!
The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed. Palm Springs has strict sound ordinances that prohibit outdoor amplified sound. Review with management for clarifications.
