In our newly acquired vacation home, we have spared no expense in furnishing and completing it for our and your comfort!! Everything in this unit is brand new from the kitchen utensils, to the linens, to the furnishings & accents.
In the kitchen we have provided all the expected items including small appliances such as ricecooker, coffee grinder and blender. Our living and dining area is furnished with a glass topped table for 6, with the living room containing a sofabed, recliner and large screen TV.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, with bedroom 2 having a queen bed, and the third bedroom having 2 twin beds.
There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.
Please note that most Alii Lani condos have 1 or 2 standard sized parking spaces. While these can accommodate a good sized 4 door car or Jeep, extra long pickup trucks will not fit! THIS PROPERTY HAS 1 PARKING SPACE.

Alii Lani has a 30 day minimum booking rule. You may stay less days however the price is the same, because we are required to maintain and block off the calendar for a minimum of 30 days per reservation.

Enjoyed our time. The place was a little outdated however clean. No real beach chairs. Some items in the kitchen, like the frying pans, could be replaced. But all in all it was good. Thanks for allowing us to stay. When we come back we will try to return
A perfect month on Alii Drive
The location of this condo was perfect for our needs. Although right off of Alii Drive it was far enough away from the road to not be bothered too much by the noise of the busy road. We were able to walk to many beaches and downtown if we wished. We cooked many of our own meals and the kitchen was adequate. There were a few things missing, toaster was broken but we replaced that. A couple more wine glasses would have been nice. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Condo could use a little basic maintenance, blinds were rusted and would not go up and down easily, sliding glass door and screen track needed to be greased and many lightbulbs were out when we arrived, but maintenance crew arrived promptly after notifying rental agent. Carpeting could use some cleaning, but furniture was very comfortable. We are really not "gated community" folks and some of the association rules were fussy, but we figured it all out. Overall a very nice base for our month to explore the Big Island.

Lovely property with Beautiful views! The condo worked out perfectly for all of us. The bedrooms were all nice sized and the size worked out well for our family of 6. Everything was provided including cooler and plenty of towels. The condo is very pretty and the views were to die for. Kitchen has everything you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable. This place is perfect for families with young children and having kid pool there is a great benefit. We can't wait to return. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property!

Great Place To Stay!!!
Condo has plenty of room for six and is just a 10 min walk to downtown or a few minute drive to the best snorkel areas (small beach across the street)!! Everything is super clean and both pools are steps away from front porch in either direction. WiFi works excellent and all TVs easily connected to Netflix and Internet. Complex is very calm due to the 30 day min, most people live there or are second homes.
