The condo building is extremely well maintained and the Large Heated Pool is one of the largest in Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral. The landscaping around the pool and condo building is immaculate. The view from the balcony is a beautiful Direct Ocean view. Unit also looks out at NASA space shuttle, Delta, and Titan Rocket Launches as well as Cruise Ships docked in port at Port Canaveral . From the unit and balcony look up & down beautiful coastline from this unique bird's eye view on the Upper floor.

  • Tranquil beach scenes as pictures on the wall and very nicely furnished in the bedroom with plenty of storage for clothes and equipment. Huge Walk In closet. View of ocean and beach is spectacular as this unit is the closest two bedroom unit in the entire building to the Beach/Ocean. Our guests have followed up with us after staying to say that the views they experienced were even better than the description we offer here. Our building is so tall no other buildings obstruct views north or south up the coast or toward Space Shuttle Launches or watching the Cruise Ships pass by as they steam in/out of Port Canaveral. You will love this unit!

Perfect vacation getaway!

This condo was everything we had hoped for. Mark made everything so easy and we had no worries. The condo it's self was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was very spacious and the views in every direction were amazing! The location was great, we walked to the pier several times and there are many great restaraunts just a short drive away. I was there with 2 of my grandkids age 14 and 11 and they had a blast! I would recomend this condo to anyone, it made our vacation so much fun. Thank you Mark for making sure we had everything we needed and I hope to be back again soon!!!!

I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great beach vacation the condo was very nice,clean,furnished with everything you could possibly need the view was incredible the overall location is great close to everything We will definitely be back to unit 702,I would like to thank the owner Mark for making my whole experience enjoyable.

Loved the beautiful Veiw.

We loved the condo from the minute we stepped in. Spacious , clean and had a beautiful Veiw of the ocean and pool. Family enjoyed the pool ,

Suffel board and easy access to ocean.

Would definitely rent this condo again.

Great Ocean View Property

We stayed a week in the Condo. One of our main reasons for choosing the condo was the view. We were not disappointed. The 7th floor view was fantastic! Great balcony with comfortable chairs to sit on. The unit was well maintained and with enough room for our family of four. Being just steps to the beach was a bonus. It is a quiet family oriented complex and beach area. I definitely recommend the property.

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

This was our first time renting a vacation property and we couldn't have been more pleased. Mark, the owner, was very easy to work with, giving a very detailed description of what to expect, and there weren't any surprises. The unit itself had all the comforts of home, including a closet fully stocked with everything you need for the pool, the beach, and the putting green. Being on the 7th floor gave beautiful views of Cocoa Beach & beyond from one direction, and the cruise ships coming and going from the other. The location of the complex is ideal -- you're less than 10 minutes from great restaurants at the Port (Rusty's was our favorite), and 5 minutes from Cocoa Beach Pier. Would definitely return!

This condo was a great place to stay! Has a Beautiful view right on the ocean! Well maintain and equipped with everything that you would have at home! We stayed with my two teenager who also had a fabulous time. Their room was spacious plenty of closet room for all their belongings. Master bedroom overlooked the ocean and had a beautiful breeze! Mark is a great person to work with! Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disney just an hour away. Stay at the beach and drive over to Disney/Sea world for the day.

** During Peak periods which are too many to list here, all bookings must start on a Saturday and must end on a Saturday or too many weekdays will go unrented. If you have a need to arrive or depart other than Saturday please inquire by sending an email BEFORE clicking the BOOK IT or RESERVE button or your money will be tied up & possibly end up being cancelled.
*** Deposit Refund: The deposit is refunded as soon as the keys are returned and received by the owner and the credit card processor or bank refunds the deposit. This typically takes 4-5 days to receive the keys and if reserved through the rental website it could take up to 2 wks for the deposit to be returned.
*** Rates may not be loaded yet into the pricing matrix & thus not valid if the inquiry is more than 365 days in advance. Please inquire to confirm your rate.
*** Every booking even if booked directly thought his rental site online is subject to both parties signing a separate VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT for the dates and amounts as agreed to here on this rental site and listing. The AGREEMENT will be emailed to the party reserving the unit within 48 hours of initial booking and it must be signed and returned within 72 hours from the initial booking request or the booking is subject to cancellation. This policy is in place as the rates offered we believe are below mkt & we are not able to let the unit be reserved online and therefore "tie up" or remove the property from the rental market for that time period for more than 72 hours from the initial booking request. This also gives the reserving party an added level of comfort that they have a signed document from the owner/landlord or manager who is a licensed real estate agent practicing only the highest of ethics. Please request the AGREEMENT upon booking this property.
