About Cynthia Nielsen

Growing up in Florida, I visited the area as a child - camping in Johnathan Dickerson State Park. As an adult I've traveled all over as I work for a major airline. I've seen some amazing places but when it was time to buy a home I knew exactly where I wanted to live. I saw the house while bike riding up and down the area. There was an open house and I walked in and immediately knew I had to have it. Besides saying 'yes' to marrying my wonderful husband it was the quickest decision I ever made!

Cynthia Nielsen purchased this house in 2004

Why Cynthia Nielsen chose Juno Beach

Juno Beach is unlike any other place in South FL. It's a sleepy little beach town, unspoiled, with amazingly beautiful homes all walking distance to a beautiful uncrowded private beach. The neighbors are great, we all love the area. People are happy and friendly as we feel lucky to live here. Not only do we have the beach but there are beautiful parks in the area, starting with our little community park at the end of the block, or the state parks - Carlin Park with Shakespeare theatre, Dubois Park where you can picnic at the cut to the Ocean and watch the boats go by or visit the Historic Jupiter Lighthouse.

What makes this house unique

say location, location, location and Juno Beach is one of those locations!

It's a little slice of heaven.

At the end of the block is a lake with a mile track around. Great for exercise, or to take a beautiful stroll. There are picnic tables and gazebos. Further to the right of the lake is a playground for kids. Also a great place for people to meet and/or walk pets. Easy fishing off Juno Beach Pier, awesome Dog Beach just north of Pier and a must see is the historic Jupiter Light House

Great house, great location! Highly recommended for Juno Beach.

  • 4 of 5

We had a fantastic stay at the Flip Flop Inn. It was very clean and very cozy. The price would be a great value, but we found the cleaning fee, the pet deposit and $1500 rental deposit expensive compared to other rentals we've had. Still, if you have the money to put down, it was a great place in a great neighborhood.

Owner's Response: Hi, I was surprised to see that you paid a $1500 deposit. Noone pays that as I have insurance in lieu of the deposit for a low cost of $59.00. I thought you chose this instead as the site defaults to the insurace. I would much rather not hold on to anyone's money!! And will return immediately.

Perfect home in Beautiful Juno Beach close to Beach Parks

  • 5 of 5

Stayed a week and loved this house on a nice corner lot just a short walk from Ocean Dr and one of the Juno Beach parks (JB5/6). The home is so comfortable and has everything for a small family to really experience the feel of living in a beach community. Close to everything you want to do in Juno. Absolutely loved walking over to the beach each morning to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises. We liked all the beach public parks, the fishing pier, great restaurants for seafood, breakfast and wings! Kitchen has everything if you want to do family meals too, Definitely will want to come back!

Great little cottage, good location

  • 4 of 5

Very nice place to stay, comfortable and spacious. Master bed very firm, almost too much so. Nice assortment of basic cooking supplies. Loved the Brita pitcher. Good bathrooms, nice showers, GREAT air conditioning. Keurig coffee maker was good, but personally I prefer a regular coffeepot. Overall, great stay, and I would definitely book again.

A Great Week

  • 5 of 5

This house is exactly as described. It is comfortably furnished and yet spacious. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The patio/backyard is enclosed with beautiful landscaping for privacy. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and, of course, the beautiful beach only a block away. Cynthia is a truly gracious hostess and will make every effort to make your stay enjoyable.

Car: necessary

Juno Beach reminds me of a sleepy little beach town. You can walk to private beach from the house. It is especially beautiful at night. If you prefer public beach you can hop in car as the Juno Beach Pier, with guest amenities, is approx 1.5 miles from home. Pull right up to beach side parking. We are our own town, less than 2 sq miles, neatly maintained and manicured with many beautiful homes. At the end of the block is a lake with a mile track around for those who want to exercise, take stroll, or walk the dog. The lake has gazebos and picnic tables. Many picnic areas at beach as well.
