Our property has the best location in Long Beach. It is located between downtown LB and Belmont Shores, giving you many options for dining, craft beer and cocktail bars, shopping, biking, and soaking up the views. Also, we are located where we hear the waves lapping on the shore- a big plus as many condo buildings aren't situated to hear the ocean. Our building is unique as we have 10 foot ceilings throughout the property and floor to ceiling windows in all rooms, giving you spectacular views from every room. We have a full time staff providing security and maintenance- everything is well cared for. The front desk staff is always willing to answer questions, give suggestions and help out. Our pool is kept heated all winter. After a work out in the workout room or a night out, enjoy a hot tub on the pool deck. Wake up in the master bedroom, pull back the curtains and enjoy the view from your Cal-King bed. The master bath has a separate shower/toilet area, a bath tub and a large sink area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom next to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. There is a washer and dryer in the unit also. The dining area looks over the resort style pool deck, sand and ocean, with Palos Verde, part of the harbor, the Queen Mary, and downtown in the distance. We have a 46' TV with Verizon as our internet and TV provider- with HBO. Once you walk out on the patio with your coffee or wine, you won't want to come back inside. The views are forever as the patio juts out and gives you 180 degree landscape. There is always something to watch; sailboats, the islands light up at night, the container ships coming into the harbor, people on the beach and the strand, Catalina Island, boats in the harbor- it's endless and magical. This is a high end building with CC&R rules that limit rentals to no less than one month.
Originally from Minnesota, we moved out to California 12 years ago. Our children are grown up and 2 live locally to us. We live a 1/2 hour inland from Long Beach. We love to travel and use VRBO often.

We had been looking for a ocean front property for years. When this unit in this building became available, we jumped on it. The building and the floor plan are very unique and sought after. We've been so happy here.
We fell in love with the views that this particular unit has. It is spacious and has a great feel to it. And the patio is a great benefit.
We feel fortunate to call this condo "home" for two months in April and May 2016. The condo is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and fully furnished with quality items of everything you could possibly want in a home. It was unbelievably quiet, allowing us to forget were near other people and fully appreciate the ocean ambiance. The premises are protected with great security, easily accessible even during heavy traffic times and the parking spots were perfect. The owner was extremely welcoming and we truly felt pampered like we were on luxury vacation.
Long Beach has so much to offer, theater, the Aquarium, boats, sand and sea and many local shops. You can bike to most anywhere you want to go. Our condo is between downtown Long Beach and Belmont Shores- another wonderful small enclave with great restaurants, bars, shopping and sightseeing. Jump in you car and you can find world class shopping just 20 minutes away. San Diego is an easy day trip as well as Hollywood, Pasadena and Big Bear Mountain. If you need dry heat, Palm Desert is only 2 hours away.
