New Townhouse 2300 Sqft, New Furnishings, 3 Bedrooms 2.5 Baths, Pvt Deck, Garage
*** I do NOT advertise on craigslist***
New townhouse with new furniture (I own THREE townhouses in a row, if you have a large group VRBO Listing #622300 and VRBO Listing #687274). The home features 3 bedrooms (one of them is a pass-thru with a queen sized bed), the other two bedrooms are masters each with their own bathrooms and showers.
This townhouse includes plenty of high-end towels and high-end linens. I wanted everything to be perfect for my guests.
You can park your car in the 2 car garage and it will be safe for your entire visit. There is also additional free parking in the back and free parking out front on the street right in front of your door.
There is a new 60' TV with cable and Netflix, and you will also have wifi.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to prepare a meal. There is a new blender, toaster, new high-end silverware and dishes, and a new spice rack.
The king bed is a new Bernhardt and very luxurious. The other two beds are queen sized and very comfortable. As I stated before, one of the bedrooms is a pass-thru with no door, but it's on the bottom level and is private at night since the other two bedrooms are two levels up. There are 2 full baths and 1 half bath.
Walking to Main Street is 1 block and it can be noisy so this townhouse is in the perfect location, 1 block away from the noise. This place is perfectly quiet at night.
The rooftop deck is the perfect spot for the end of the night to relax or have your own party.
There are 122 restaurants in downtown Memphis so you'll have plenty to pick from. Gus's Chicken is practically next door. Central Barbeque and The Green Beetle are also very close. You will want to stop by The Green Beetle on your walk home at night, it's Memphis' Oldest Tavern.
This townhouse is so much fun and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I was born and raised in Memphis and love this city. Downtown is the safest part of Memphis and is lots of fun. There is always something going on and it's full of energy, especially Beale Street.
Andy purchased this Townhome in 2014
Why Andy chose South Main Historic District
I bought this townhouse August/2014 and it's so amazing I want to share it with the world. I spared no expense furnishing the place and my daughter and I absolutly love it. It's so much fun. I'm also part owner in a Bed&Breakfast closeby and own the two townhouses next door so I'm usually not far away.
What makes this Townhome unique
This townhouse is 3 blocks to Beale and 1 block from Main, but just far enough to be very quiet at night. The 2 car garage and private rooftop desk sold me on this place.

Modern townhome with great location!
Six of us, including my 80yr old grandmother, did a long weekend in Memphis. This townhouse was perfect. Lots of space, well appointed, modern, and very comfortable for us all to hang out together. The location was excellent; safe and convenient. We easily walked to Beale Street, the famous Peabody Hotel, and the National Civil Rights Museum (a must-see). When we return to Memphis, I will definitely be seeking to stay at this property.
Great location - perfect for a family vacation!
Andy's condo was in a great location - perfect for morning runs/walks along the river, an easy walk to Bluff City Coffee, cute shops on Main Street, Gus's Famous Fried Chicken, and Central Barbeque (note the food theme!). It was a quick an easy drive to the Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid and the Peabody Hotel if you want to see the ducks. It was nice to have off-street parking and a garage! The extra large sofas provided lots of seating for football watching, and the rooftop deck was wonderful for seeing the stars and twinkling city lights!
Great location! Perfect for family of 6! Modern and Clean!
This was my first visit to Memphis and I was looking for a place close to downtown, but not in the middle of Beale Street. My wife, two sons, and my daughter-in-law all loved this location (literally 1 block from Gus's Fried Chicken...a must for all visitors). The property is modern, clean and ideally located. We were able to walk to most places that we wanted to visit: Beale St, Gibson Guitar Factory, Civil Rights Museum, Central BBQ, Gus's, Rendevous, Bass Pro Shop Pyramid, Peabody (ducks), but not Graceland or Soul Fish Cafe...Uber was no problem. Andy provided a great guide book if you're not a planner. We highly recommend Andy's place when visiting Memphis.
South of Main and Downtown outside the door
A great space to kick back after enjoying Memphis.
Andy was approachable and easy to contact in advance of our arrival. Things worked well, so we didn’t need to contact him during our stay.
We didn’t rent a car but didn’t need it - walked everywhere and took a cab from the airport. The Saturday morning Farmer’s Market is nearby. The area is a grocery store desert, but there are plenty of restaurants. The newly opened “2 girls and a whip” cakery is across the street and has delicious cupcakes.
Girls get away at this property was fabulous, great location and loved the decor. We each had our own rooms and was perfect for our needs. The place was clean and comfortable. Felt very safe walking to Beale street and local restaurants and attractions. Even loved the roof top patio for our night caps. Would recommend this place in a heart beat.
Great location, nice accommodations...but...
Our group of 6 consisted of 3 married couples. Overall, the condo was well appointed and in a great location in proximity to downtown and local venues. Access to the condo was easy and street parking in front was readily available. We walked easily to Main Street and Beale Street. The rooftop setting was really nice and relaxing. The two upstairs bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms and worked great for two of the couples; however the 3rd bedroom was in the "basement level" and did not have a bathroom. The basement level bedroom was described as a pass-through, and it certainly was. Entrance from the garage into the house was right into this bedroom...and the bedroom did not have a door separating it from the house...it was just down stairs. The closest bathroom to the basement level bedroom was the main floor half bath which had no shower, which meant you had to go up a another flight of stairs to for bathing needs. For showers from the basement level bedroom, you had to go up two flights of stairs to access one of the bathrooms which was located inside of the bedroom. Which was a little awkward.
While these accommodations were not unbearable, it proved to be quite cumbersome with the dynamic of our group. We would have preferred 3bd/3ba or something with a common hallway full bath.
This property type is good for possibly two couples and some children, or groups of closeknit family members who do not mind walking up stairs or sharing a bathroom inside the bedroom.
3 Blocks walk to Beale Street, 1 Block to Civil Rights Museum, 1 block to Main Street where there is a shuttle to Elvis Presley's Graceland and Sun Studio
