Why Amie chose Big Bear Lake

Big Bear Lake is the only place you can play snow in Southern California, and our son loves snow. We have traveled to here many times and finally fall in love with this beautiful cabin in the mountain.

It was beautiful!

Definitely going to keep this property in mind for my next trip to Big Bear. Close enough to all the attractions but yet located in a silent area for privacy

Great weekend

  • 4 of 5

Plenty of sleeping space for our +10 group. The location was amazing. Minutes away from bear mountain. The place was nice and cozy and fully stocked with dishes, towels, etc.

Great size but needs deep cleaning

  • 2 of 5

We stayed 3 nights for New Years and had an overall great time. The only issues were that the cleaning people are not taking care of Amie's cabin. There were so many things that needed to be cleaned most of the dust you can see under the furniture and beds was built up over several weeks. The rugs require a deep cleaning as well as do the bathrooms and shower curtains. Another issue is the fact that we saw mouse traps in the kitchen. That was very unpleasant. The good thing is that cleaning is an easy fix. So Amie please get that cleaning crew to do their job :)

Owner's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed your stay overall and sorry that you had some concerns of cleaning. I have had the cleaning team done a completely check and cleaning and assure the house is clean, we also replaced the shower curtains for both bathroom; Regarding the mouse trap, I have no idea what it is and how come it is in the kitchen, and my cleaning crew have searched the whole house and still dont see it; Your dog is very cute, but if you read our house rule or ever asked me permission before you booked you would have known my cabin has a "no pet allowed" policy. :))

Such a perfect mountain vacation home, I had to come back for my second year in a row!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at this home last year with a close group of friends, and we all loved it so much we had to come back to the exact same place! So here were are again, another year later, but still just as thrilled about this home. It is the perfect place to comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests. It is very close to Bear Mountain for snowboarding/skiing. The furniture is all nice and everything works perfectly. We'll definitely be coming back next year if Amie will welcome us again!

Great location, very good cabin.

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time at this cabin, it is very close to Bear Mountain, close to Vons which is the best place to buy groceries, and also close to Snow Summit. Enough beds and a great kitchen and TV room. We had a great time at the cabin and will come back definetely. Our kids were very happy with this vacation.
