The property is part of the Estero Beach & Tennis Club and the building is right on a very nice part of Fort Myers Beach. The property has four tennis courts. Typically no waiting. There is a very nice pool on the property. Well maintained grounds. Daily security patrols for safety. Easy access to the Sugar sand Beach of Fort Myers Beach. While we would love to accept every inquiry, we operate on a first booked, first committed basis only. The unit is considered committed once a signed rental agreement is executed. It is then removed form the calendar for the dates agreed upon.
In addition to a signed rental agreement, we do require a refundable security deposit. The only typical fee is a cleaning company fee, which is deducted form the security deposit prior to its return.

The condo is nice. Very well kept and everything you would need to stay there was provided. We did buy beach chairs to use at the beach because the ones they had were more like soccer chairs. No big deal though, but an umbrella like other units there have would be nice to have for use. No reflection on the condo but they are working on the beach in front of the property and it will be wonderful when all that work is complete but for now you would have to go up or down the beach to get away from the bulldozers.

Our first condo vacation, already requested it for next year.
A wonderful experience. From initial application through return of deposit we were well informed and well taken care of by the owners. The condo was everything we had hoped for and in an ideal location. While the balcony did offer some view of the beach it gave a wide view of the island. This was to our advantage as we could see shopping and points of interest from our 12th floor position. A long-term road improvement project at the north end of the island made driving into Fort Myers a bit of a chore but with the condo located at the south end of the island a 15-minute drive put us into the heart of excellent shopping and restaurants at Bonita Beach. We have already made application for a return visit to this condo for next January.
Great Stay at Fort Myers Beach!!!
We stayed in a hotel last year and decided to go the condo route- so glad we did! There was some confusion about how to get inside once arriving but that was my fault for not reading my packet well- all the info was there! Very clean condo- good views. We were not there much so never used the kitchen, but it was great to have a fridge. They provide beach towels and chairs which was just an added bonus! For us, we love Pinchers tiki bar and the beach behind Wyndham - it's a short walk- really not bad at all- we would have loved if it were closer but hey that's our problem not the condos! You won't be disappointed with your stay here!
Great condo, love the remodel. Condo was furnished with top of the line furnishings, nothing cheap. The
island with ceramic top was especially nice. Even the towels were thick and soft. But the greatest part of this condo is the view, absolutely spectacular!! We couldn't decide which we liked best - the night time view or during the day. Location of the condo is simply the best. Being able to just walk across the street to shopping, eating, and enjoying the weekly festival. If you haven't tried the bar-b-que, you are missing out. And we really like being able to deal directly with the owners. We are looking forward to our return visit in January.
Loved it. Great location, nicely appointed and perfect for a couple. On the beach, lots of facilities and across the street from restaurants and services.

Rates are subject to change. A signed rental agreement is required for each booking. A refundable security deposit is required, from which the $80 cleaning fee will be deducted prior to its return (subject to the terms of the rental agreement). **The cleaning company fee is increased to $110 for any stay greater than three weeks. All online bookings are subject to an executed rental agreement being completed. The terms of that agreement take precedence over any online statements from website or listing. We can accept PayPal payments, however if guest chooses that method, PayPal charges a 4% International fee and a 3% domestic fee to the recipient that the guest will need to pay. They will need to up the payment total by the 3 or 4% accordingly.
